In the beginning I found this mattress that I finally woke up feeling brand new. Not long before I was waking up hot several times a night. I sure don’t need any heat in my room during the winter. Now after 4 years I wake up hurting every single day. Seriously I think it’s not just my back, however my whole body. I’ll try sleeping on the mattress that I thought was giving me back pain, then head to the couch. Then back to my tempur primal and praying I just had a few bad nights, only to realize I’m feel like I’m sleeping on a heating pad, and have muscle aches every inch of my body. I feel most folks start complaining within 2 to 3 years of owning. That’s why the reviews are so great within the first year. After doing research it seems all the new mattresses being sold today the reviews are the same. Perfect mattress, great reviews however like temper pedic you soon find reviews on all of them that are the same after using 3 to 4 years. Wish I could find a company that could stand up to their warranty. I’m so lost in my new search. Update —. My husband is sleeping on this mattress with no problems.

Don’t order from Amazon. Delivery service is abominable.
The mattress is great. I've only slept on it one night at my house, but it feels exactly the same as the Cloud Prima we slept on at the house we rented in Florida in March (I had called the rental manager to look and see what brand and model the mattress was.) The memory foam rebounds quickly when you roll or move. Really, it doesn't feel like memory foam as much as just a nice firm comfortable surface. The mattress itself feels firm and perfect for my wife and I. The Delivery experience is the reason for my 1 star rating: We were asked to schedule our delivery of this mattress, and selected an early time - between 9am and noon - so I could still work half a day. Morning of the delivery, I received an email from XPO Logistics saying the delivery was “on its way!” with the correct estimated time window. Email also said they would contact me “immediately” should any events arise that would delay the delivery. Link to the tracking page on XPO’s website had a convenient map where it appeared I could follow the truck and see how many stops were before us, etc. No email. No text. No phone call. I called customer service and they couldn’t reach the driver. The website never updated to show any movement of the truck. The window stayed at 9-12. At 8pm, the truck showed up at my house and I received a call that they were there (not 30 mins prior, which was supposed to happen.) Then the guys opened the truck and ours was the only item in it. Clearly, we were the final stop of the day in spite of having scheduled for 9:00am-12:00pm. Then the guys spent 20 mins fiddling with an app to sign me out. The drivers were friendly and were equally frustrated with XPO, blaming the issues on their company.

Is not what was advertised! The mattress I had before I bought your mattress was way better than your over rated mattress and by the way I used it for over 15 years. What I got was not what I intended. I needed 6 inches but was sold 3 and I don’t like it all

Love it.
We've been sleeping on this bed for almost a month now. We used to wake up sore every morning and I had a lot of trouble sleeping but now I lay down and immediately feel comfortable enough to sleep. We also never feel sore like we used to. So for now I'd say this mattress is great although very expensive and probably not for everyone.
