Better than Foam: Beware of gimmicks! Padded beds let your body sink in which STOPS decompression. The firm, yet comfortable surface of the FitSpine Bed provides a better spine-elongating stretch for maximum pain-relieving benefits. More Comfort: With its 8-Pt floating suspension system, the FitSpine ensures your comfort by lifting the bed off the steel frame for a ‘softer’, flexible surface that delivers results. Boost Your Pain Relief with Included Accessories: Lumbar Bridge: Adds deeper traction for the lower back, taking even more pressure off the discs, plus helps to square misaligned hips. Acupressure Nodes: Provide trigger point relief to release painful muscle tension. Both are adjustable or removable. Ideal for back pain sufferers, our longest ankle lock handle offers the easiest option for securing the ankles. A simple push of the button controls the patented, micro-adjusting lever so you can find your perfect fit for the ultimate comfort and support. For your peace of mind, the stainless steel locking system features a secondary gravity-activated lock that engages as you rotate into inversion. Your ankles will thank you! Ergo-Embrace Supports are engineered to fit the shape of your legs and ankles. Thick foam liners evenly distribute pressure for premium comfort. The patented, wrap-around design backed by a hard outer shell prevents accidental side release for a more secure fit. ONLY Teeter offers a foot platform that rotates to a high or low setting for a customized fit in seconds. The Ankle Comfort Dial ensures the Ankle Supports are positioned around the smallest part of your ankle, evenly distributing weight for the most secure, comfortable support and the greatest amount of control over table rotation. Boarding Platform creates an open, elevated approach with an arched frame that makes entry and exit easier than ever. Traction Handles allow you to add manual traction - ideal for those who want to remain at a shallow angle but decompress as if fully inverted! Grip-and-Stretch Handholds help you enhance decompression and realignment through muscle-relaxing stretches at every angle of inversion. Precision Balancing takes the fear out of inversion! Engineered so you can effortlessly rotate into and out of inversion with controlled, smooth movement, unlike top-heavy foam beds which rotate too fast and are difficult to return upright. abunda_amazon_reviews First lets start with the mostly assembled claim, no it’s not and the bolts can be finicky so it does take awhile to assemble. I may have given it a higher rating if I wasn’t so mad right now. The company sticks it hand in your wallet at every chance. 1: I bought on Amazon unaware that I could buy on the Teeter website from the same seller. It cost me $40 more then the same model on their website. 2. The difference in the models is so small that it hardly justifies the huge uptick in price. For safety reason (which you would think would be standard). I bought the one with the longer handles and a ankle locking bar. $170 more because I wanted to feel safer. The added a couple other little extras like a storage caddy (cheap plastic holder) the system mat that I didn’t care about or want and traction handles, again a didn’t need or want. So for the 2 features that many would want to feel safe in the equipment you have to pay more. 3: Most other inversion tables come with some sort of padding for your back. This one-nope, I had to pay 49.99 to have one. 4: The equipment itself. I have only had it a few days so the machine itself has a few flaws. The ankle bar isn’t the easiest to release after inversion. The cushioning on the ankles is good, but you still experience discomfort on the top of your feet. Finally the height adjustment does take a few times to get it correct even after doing exactly as the instructions say. I’m not sure if being long legged was the issue or not. You also mostly use your arms to gain movement to invert and return to upright which makes me even madder about paying for handles. Does inversion help with back pain, definitely. Would I buy from this company again... right now my answer is probably not. I have seen nothing to justify paying so much more money. If I had taken a little more time and pressed the pause button before I bought I would have realized all the things I just mentioned. Okay have had this almost a month, started on invert 1 which had me at a angle between horizontal and the floor. Decided to try angle 2. First to change the angel you have to completely take the bed off the frame, then you adjust the angle. Really! It’s large, bulky and was awkward to do. I wish I had save the box, this would have been returned. Save your money and pick a different brand. I bought into the whole FDA thing and am now kicking myself.;;Reviewed in the United States on November 6, 2019;;2.0 out of 5 stars;;They nickel and dime you to death with all the extras*UPDATED after 25 days;;Tiffany;;;Very HEAVY machine. Video shows a tiny woman seemingly easily changing Hinge Settings. Never be fooled. That lady must be a professional heavy weight trainer. She must have the muscles of a strong handyman or technician. Setting on user's height is the only easy part. Hire a pro Assembly from Amazon; and don't let him leave until you test it so you can easily invert on this table. If you are 80 to 120 pounds, have the Hinges set to the middle hole, "B". If you are over 120 pounds, "C" hole. "A" hole is for straight down inversion, which is not needed for most people. To invert; Raise one arm above your head at a time and dangle both arms down toward floor, that completely invert you to 60 degrees. On coming back up to your upright position; Raise one arm at a time to your sides; then the machine will bring you to the horizontal position. Rest on horizontal level for a few minutes. Then, slightly bend your knees that will bring you back to upright position. The ankle holders are well cushioned; your ankles feel secure and no issue. My chiropractor recommends 60 degree angle, which is plenty upside down for me. He inverts 6 minutes a day. I will probably invert 1 minute 3 times a day to start with. The inversion does not work if you set it to wrong Hinge holes. Once correctly set up to your weight and height though, this machine is GODDESS SENT. Some determined people with healthy life style would truly appreciate this invention. Will write updates later. UPDATE: Several months later: I found out the best way to use the inversion table is start in minimum duration of time. Invert fully; and count to 10. Come up to horizontal level and count 10. Then gradually come up to your feet counting 30 a few times. Don't overdo the inversion from day one. Also, wear good shoes that fully cover the entire feet. I find my SAS leather shoes perfect for this. They wrap my feet up to just below the ankles. Avoid skimpy footwear such as sundals.;;Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;A PRO ASSEMBLY needed. Very Heavy. This is GODDESS SENT Once Set Up.;;A hiker;;;Its most expensive Teeter, it better work holding me upside down. Im 220, i think any professional knowledgable will tell us, that its all in the way we use it. So i like using mine once a day. It is all up to me how i feel when using it, so with that said. It does hurt ankles after lock in, so wear long socks. Many stay lock in adjustments to get how you need to feel right. Its not easy to tip back up. Says mostly assembled, thats bull, but it is easy to put together, but im also lost as to wear cup hold goes, lol. Anyway, i works if you know what your body needs to feel right. It just locks you in, and gives you different angles to feel better. Lastly, dont forget to come up slowly, heavy blood rush if you dont, lol... good luck feelinh better, i kinda do;;Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2019;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;It better work;;Jason;;;Been using the Teeter for several weeks. Make sure you watch the video on how to adjust the Teeter before using it. Getting on and off the board is just as advertised. I use my arms to raise and lower the board just like the video shows. I now have pain relief in my legs.;;Reviewed in the United States on April 30, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Teeter is worth the money;;Mike Desiderio

Avoid skimpy footwear such as sundals.

It better work
Its most expensive Teeter, it better work holding me upside down. Lastly, dont forget to come up slowly, heavy blood rush if you dont, lol... good luck feelinh better, i kinda do

Teeter is worth the money
Been using the Teeter for several weeks. Make sure you watch the video on how to adjust the Teeter before using it. Getting on and off the board is just as advertised. I use my arms to raise and lower the board just like the video shows. Before using the Teeter, I had pain in my legs coming from problems in my back. I now have pain relief in my legs.

They nickel and dime you to death with all the extras*UPDATED after 25 days
First lets start with the mostly assembled claim, no it’s not and the bolts can be finicky so it does take awhile to assemble. I bought into the whole FDA thing and am now kicking myself.

A PRO ASSEMBLY needed. Very Heavy. This is GODDESS SENT Once Set Up.
Very HEAVY machine.
