It's a perfect setup for our use (no cable, no over-the-air) and I really like the minimal remote. I haven't seen a smart TV that comes close to the app selection, ease of use and capabilities of these Roku TVs. The user interface is great. Your inputs show up as icons on the home screen just like apps. Brilliant. I removed them on this one since I have nothing else hooked up to it and there was no point having them in the way. I can easily add them back if I ever need them. 720p looks pretty good unless you're right on top of it and for the price I think it was a pretty good deal. I do wish it had been 1080p, but it was for our bedroom anyway. Most people won't notice when watching TV, but be aware that it's not 1080p. Speaking of bedroom use, I was surprised to find very little adjustment in the picture settings. We usually watch in the dark and I just can't get the brightness low enough for a dark room. It hardly has any picture controls which makes it more simple and many people only make the picture worse anyway, but at least brightness could have used a lot more range. It goes from really bright to bright and that's about all you get. The Netflix app on this TV will not allow the screensaver to work. I verified with Netflix support that this is a known issue. This is a problem for us because as I said, it's in a bedroom and if we fall asleep it will sit on the "Who's Watching?" screen burning our user names into the screen until we manually change to any other app or the home screen. I haven't noticed any other app preventing the screensaver, but it's possible I suppose. There was also an issue with my screen that's not quite bad enough to return. When it's on a completely black screen, there is a circle about 12" in diameter that is obviously lighter like it's not blocking enough of the backlight in that area. This worries me a bit long term, but isn't really noticeable when watching anything so far and it's not my primary TV so I'm more lenient. Once the Netflix app is fixed so that it doesn't ruin the screen if you fall asleep it will be an amazing deal, but until then I can't give it more than 3 stars. I'd love to say I would by one of the large 4k models for my livingroom, but the Netflix burn-in and screen quality has me rethinking that. The experience is so good that I really hope that this issue is resolved soon and that the 4k has better screen quality. Without those problems I wouldn't even question buying the top of the line TCL Roku TV for the livingroom.;;Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2016;;3.0 out of 5 stars;;Almost the perfect TV but has some issues you should know about;;Amazon Customer
