Not worth the hype. It took me 50+ minutes to diffuse my hair. The buttons don’t work. It’s glitchy and hard to use. For a $300+ hair dryer there is no reason for the technology to not be worked out. Wouldn’t recommend.

My first impression was how beautiful this hair dryer was. Not that I need my hair dryer to be beautiful but it doesn't hurt. It has a stand for it to sit on which I thought was very nice to have and it comes with magnetic attachments which is always a plus. One thing that I really liked was the quality of the diffuser attachment. It's a little different than other ones I've seen and I feel like it works really well to diffuse my hair. The hair dryer itself made quick work of drying my hair which is one of the most important features of a hair dryer to me so it's my go to hair dryer right now. The noise level of the hair dryer I would say is pretty good. I think it's quieter than other ones I've used but it's still a hair dryer so expect noise. It's a pretty fancy machine with a light up screen and I think to use it properly you probably need to access the instructions, which is a little strange for hair dryer, but it's worth it because if you want to get the most out of it. The weight of the hair dryer is okay. It didn't really bother me. I didn't think it felt really heavy. Everything seems a good quality. I like the cord and the heavy duty stand. The one thing that I thought could be better was how magnetic the attachments were. I have knocked off the diffuser attachment unintentionally. Also it magnetically attaches to the stand and I have had it fall off so I stopped using the stand because I was worried about an expensive hair dryer breaking on the floor from falling. Overall, I really like the hair dryer but it is on the more expensive side so keep that in mind. I think for the price I can expect that the magnetic quality would be better.

It is straight but it is also very easy to manipulate and get to do what I want for the most part. I will say just for appearance-wise this thing looks amazing it is very high quality material being put into this blow dryer. I am very cautious with how much heat I do put on my hair. This thing did an amazing job with that heat it dried my hair so fast and I have a Dyson dryer I want to say this is better than my dyson. After I dried my hair I didn't feel like it was super damaged I did use my sprays but compared to the Dyson this thing is a bit heavy but I understand why like it's a lot here. I would like to add that it does come with the cutest little stand. I like to have my things off the countertop I did try to place it in my Dyson holder it did not quite fit very well. So I would say that that would be a big issue but you can't easily wind up the cord stick it in your drawer or underneath the sink. Out of sight out of mind out of the way. I wish I had more counter space to use the little stand but I'm just limited on space. I do like the fact that it does have the magnetic attachments so that way I can pop something on and easily take it off. Sometimes my Dyson I have to turn it in there and it just gets insane when you're in a rush. This makes that job a hundred times better. Now I did notice unless I'm just not finding it it does not have the Cold Shot. Now because I did spend the money on the Dyson I will say this is more pricier than the dyson. It is very nice it is heavier doesn't come with a cold shot does have amazing accessories but for a brand that I'm not 100% familiar with it seems a bit much. But I get the fact that it is a luxury item and I have looked into the brand it's a luxury brand. I would definitely have bought this had the Dyson not already had me sold if it was cheaper.

After a few times trying this hair dryer out and reading through the instructions more times than I had planned, I'm still having some difficulty understanding how to use it. First, it's not consistently staying on the heat and wind speeds that I'm setting it to, which I don't think is supposed to happen. When I got it the way that I wanted it, twice it changed while I was using it. Also, I can't figure out why sometimes it pauses when I set it down and sometimes it doesn't without me making any settings changes. I guess I may be accidentally pressing buttons but I can't figure it out, and even if these issues are preventable, this hair dryer is a little more complicated than I'm used to using. Other cons are that it's a little heavy, it doesn't work without the attachments, and that the diffuser is bigger than I prefer. I love that it comes with a stand to put everything on with magnet attachments (including the hair dryer itself), but with the diffuser attached to the stand, the other two attachments don't fit. I really like that the lightest wind speed is really gentle on my sensitive hair, and that there's a hot setting that isn't too hot but still hot enough to style well. It's fairly quiet and it dries my hair quickly even on the lowest heat and wind settings. It does a really nice job making my hair look good. The magnetic attachments are fabulous and go on and off easily (with the diffuser stored away.) It has a nice long cord, too. It's a good hair dryer but there's just not enough pros to justify the very high cost and to override the cons for me.
