I wanted to love this so much but I had a few issues with it that will help you make your decision. - size up I am 5’4 140 and usually a medium but I felt like the top section was not very supportive and was going to be pulling up all day. Plus I am short upper bodies so I could feel the crotch area pretty tight. I also could tell that my medium was a return cause it REAKED OF B.O.- that was such a turn off and utterly disgusting. Because of the top being unsupportive it has to be worn right over your armpits (as high as it can go)- do not resell the returns cause they will likely smell just saying. Still, it is a really cute romper and wanted to see if maybe a large would fit better. As you can see in the photos there is not much of a size difference here except a little more coverage on the bust but the crotch still felt tight when pulling up the top. The shape and print of this romper is actually really adorable and appealing and I know without a doubt what it needs to be worthy of an A+ - different material or support on the bust area. The way the top part works is cool- there are two long ties you can leave long or bow tie- the top naturally folds over. The problem is the material is really thin and flimsy and offers no support. This could be fixed with some type of boning sewed in OR easier option is a thicker fabric- then problem is solved and the top will stay more tight and secure. Instead it gets loose and you end up squishing your boobs flat like pancakes- not super flattering. Add a lower down crotch or a little elastic in the waist to accommodate those that are taller. If its tight on me a shorter waisted girl I imagine would be worse with someone with a long torso. I also think it needs pockets. Anyway just my two cents. When all is said and done I am going to keep the large- its not terrible but I doubt I will wear it as often. If it had pockets and thicker material I think hands down could be one of the cutest outfits ever. ... show more

I want to like this more. Idk if it's because I'm a C cup or what but the twist front of the top is completely unflattering. The elastic is literally useless and it's constantly falling down no matter how tight I tie it. I'm going to try to use it with some body tape and try to pin up the weird flaps on the front to make that area more attractive. I got this for my cruise this weekend so we'll see. Edited to add a new picture: it turned out really cute! I used body tape to hold it up and I wrapped the tie all the way around and tied it under my boobs and tucked it under the front part. ... show more

The reviews about the lack of support for the top are accurate, but I love it anyway! The elastic at the top has very little stretch and doesn’t do much to hold it in place. So I feel the need to be very careful, lol. But otherwise I love it! I never wear rompers because they just are not flattering on my body. But I’m really happy with this one. I could not find my sticky/backless bra, but a convertible bra with a thin back strap worked fine and was covered. It is very comfortable, and I love the print. I ordered large which is my usual size. It has a loose but not baggy fit. My husband and daughter both immediately complimented me when I wore it. I read in another review that the romper was a little short in the torso area and it was a little bit. I am not blessed with a big chest, and at a c cup it was still too big and I had to use a safety pin in the cleavage area to give me more support and comfort that it won’t slip down. Love this outfit! I think I could have went to a Medium, but they did not have this print in medium at the time. For reference I’m 5’1 and 153 lbs. I did have to tie the back pretty tight. Got this romper for a festival. The shape is flattering and the material is thin and breathable so its good for a hot day. It isnt see thru so that's good. Theres no support in the top and your top staying up is entirely dependent on your ability to tie a knot in the back. Instead of tying a knot in the back i crossed it in the back and tied it in the front under the bust line. That way I can manage my top myself and the knot is hidden by the material in the front. I got a medium and it was as expected maybe even a little roomy but the waist has a stretchy band and the top you tie yourself so sizing isnt too important here. ... show more
