I am 77 years old with long hair and noticed my hair was getting thinner than in my younger days. I decided to try this Svvimer shampoo and also bought the avocado one. I have been using the avocado shampoo for about 4 months and the rice formula for about 2 months once a week. Although I can't honestly say I have noticed increased hair growth, I can say using this shampoo has definitely made my hair softer and shinier and it looks so much thicker than it did with other shampoos. I have also noticed that my hair looks clean longer. In my research, I found that rice water does not improve hair growth but does increase shine. The benefit of avocado shampoo is its ability to moisturize the scalp. When the scalp is moisturized, it reduces dandruff and flakiness, keeping the hair shiny and healthy-looking. This is due to the natural oils in avocado, which deeply penetrate the scalp and hair follicles, leaving them soft and nourished. Both the rice and avocado formulas of this shampoo contain biotin. Shampoos infused with biotin can provide benefits like deep cleaning and boosting fullness, leaving hair feeling purified, and looking healthier and more lush — making it a great choice for thinning hair, in particular. There is no evidence or proof that biotin in shampoos actually increase hair growth. At this stage of my life, I need immediate gratification. These shampoos make my hair look thicker even though they may not promote hair growth. Other "natural" shampoos I have tried have dried my hair out. The Svvimer shampoos have become my favorite shampoo and the only one I will use. If you have not yet tried this shampoo, I highly recommend that you at least try it. My hair was getting so thin you could see y scalp and I had a ton of thin breakage leaving the ends looking stringing and like I had no hair. These pictures are after exactly 3 months of using both the shampoo and conditioner. I normally have an oily scalp but it helped wonders with that as well. I use the shampoo on the scalp and conditioner on the bottom, avoiding my scalp. It has a nice slight tingle, hair is easy to brush through and no more greasy or dry hair. I just bought my 2nd bottles. I’ll update again in 3 months, that’s how long the bottles lasted with me washing my hair every day. I did do a rice water treatment once to add some moisture into my ends. But really all u need is this shampoo and conditioner. Trust me, get both! You will see and feel the results.

It's working fast! I'm using the rice water shampoo & conditioner that promote hair growth & minoxidil/biotin spray together & oral biotin, all bought on amazon. In 2 short weeks of use, my hair is thicker, softer, more manageble & there is definitely some baby growth. I can not wait to see the difference in 3 months! Though I do see just a few new baby hairs coming in after only 5 uses, I don’t feel that it is addressing the hair loss (still losing more than I thought when starting this journey). I will say that I’m happy with the growth and hope to see less hair loss. The smell is very light & pleasant & it feels silky. Will update if changes occur. CR

I have been looking for a product like this and when I saw it go on sale with prime I figured it was the perfect time to buy. After the first wash I had hopes, it smells lovely. But the next day my hair looked greasy. I chalked it up to just using a new product. After the second use the same thing, the next morning my hair looked greasy. I don't have unreasonable expectations however I would like it to actually clean my hair. I'm not one to waste unnecessarily; so I'll give it another week. But honestly not even 24 hours after washing my hair looks & feels dirty, flat and greasy
