Very Smooth, Great workout
Wife and I really like this Manual treadmill. I wanted a Manual Treadmill, Because Powered treadmills are like riding on a powered escalator, Also Powered treadmills have a LOT of horror stories of quality and breakdowns, beside electric treadmills do all the work for you, your not really working out on one. This manual treadmill is a good workout we are 60 years old, and use this machine everyday, the only maintenance is to use pure silicone lube under the belt. The workout is very smooth, the belt moves easily on the lightest setting, but has 16 resistance settings and has a incline that adds to the workout. This is a Heavy duty frame machine. I am hoping the belt will last. With Only a 90 day warranty though, it makes me a little skeptical, as a 90 day warranty tells me that the manufacturer doesn't have faith in their product and the parts/assembly that goes into it, to support it any further out than 90 days, but so far so good. UPDATE: 02-04-2019 (One thing I didn't mention was I Never use shoes on this treadmill as I don't want to put any extra wear and tear on the Belt, I use this treadmill with socks only on) been working out on this treadmill average of 5 times a week, this is a very good machine, Zero problems so far, and it does provide a Very Good workout, I usually start out walking at a fast pace long strides for two minutes, then run for 1 minute, then walk the rest of the time, about 2 minutes, I then switch to a spinning bike, then to a climber workout.

Home gym must have
I love this so much. I was worried it would be weird to use but you really can just set your own pace. The incline is high but it doesn't bother you like you'd think it would, very easy to use. I love that I can be pacing around and step on it for 10 seconds if I want. Folds up well and to let loose you just hit a button and it lowers itself. Doesn't take up a lot of room and is minimal so it doesn't make things feel crowded. Would recommend.

Best for intervals only and unhelpful customer support.
I wanted to like this, I really did. It came in a huge box and pretty well packaged. It is pretty well built and fairly sturdy. Thats where I felt the positives end. If you plan on running on this without pushing yourself with the handles, I would honestly look elsewhere. I purchased this expecting to be able to train for a marathon and run at a medium steady pace for extended periods of time. Thats what the guy in the picture seems to be doing. I lubed it up with the oil provided and tried to go for a jog. However, even at the lowest resistance setting, the belt required quite a bit of force to get it to move. If I just stood on the belt, it would move very slowly. I worked around that and learned how to jog very very slowly. Over the course of a few months, it would not move at all without holding on to the handlebars and pushing it. I get that it isn't a regular powered treadmill, but I wonder how that guy pictured is doing any type of running without pushing using the handles. I would not have written a negative review had it not been for the unhelpful customer support. I wrote specifically about having an issue with this model treadmills resistance and I got numerous questions about whether I plugged it in to a surge protector or an outlet and whether I hear beeps from the treadmill. Keep in mind that this is a manual treadmill and has no electricity or even a screen. Needless to say, I feel like I wasted a bit of money on this.

Well built
The treadmill was easy to put together and is very sturdy. Provides a realistic workout because as the user provides all of the energy to keep the belt moving. Unlike a motorized unit where the motor moves the belt. You can adjust the tension on the belt to go from an easy walk to a full sprint. The only drawback is there is not a water bottle holder or a place to put an Ipad. I would buy this product again.

Pick a different model
Decent treadmill. I was very disappointed that the band you walk on continuously tries to slide off the supports while walking. I have to run to the side every few minutes in order to reposition it. It’s very inconvenient.

AMAZING!!!
So, Ive only had this a few days so this is a preliminary review. My initial impressions are as follows: 1. Shipping and Packaging: WOW!! This thing came FULLY assembled in a beautiful box brought by two gentleman to my door. PERFECT I couldn't be happier. 2. Assembly: ZERO. The only thing I had to do was insert the batteries into the electronics. AWESOME! 3. Treadmill Quality and performance: This Machine is built to last VERY high quality. The flywheels make all the differene in this machines performance. Your actually using your muscle to create momentum. This is a WAYYYY beter workout than any electric machine ive used. SMOOTH & QUIET. So, I purchased the model with adjustable incline and electronics because I simply wanted those extras. Its a beautiful machine. Easy to roll around with its wheels and easy to fold up and down with a flick of the wrist. No hard work at all. The only hard work is the work you put in working out. I wish had known machines like this existed before. This is not a cheap manual friction treadmill from walmart. This bad boy uses those flywheels for resistance and smooth fluid motion. You can Run, walk or crawl at any speed you desire. You have ZERO LIMITATIONS and best of all you dont need much space or have to worry about it breaking down like electric models. I must say this thing is PERFECT for Hardcore athletes and seniors alike. Considering this is only my 3rd day of use I will say this: "If you dont see an update its because an update isnt needed".

cheap and not a toy to play with
It is a little over 400 dollars and is not motorized so not a lot to go wrong. You just get on and set the resistance and take off and when you go, it goes. And when you stop it stops. I cant see why anyone would get a motorized one of these.........hey do you want somewhere to sit down and have bite to eat??!! Geesh get off your ass and actually work out. Here is your machine for a lot less than those motorized things that ending being a place to throw you clothes on.
