This is a nice standing desk mat, it's sized well enough for most users (i have size 11 feet) and has nice little nubs on the mat to massage my feet. I have found this mat to be comfortable, stable, and easy to stand on for long periods of time. I definitely like having this mat over cheaper alternatives that I have owned in the past. My only gripe is that it is rather thin, and you can probably find a similarly thin standing mat for cheaper. A cheaper mat might not be as compact or have the massage points like this one does but it's probably good enough and cheaper if you're budget conscious. I would recommend these over the cheaper alternatives though. I personally find that this is a good standing desk mat, it's well made, has held its shape, and I can easily store it when I want to sit in a chair. I would happily recommend this mat to those who want one!

My home office has a hardwood floor, and I have a standing desk, so if I've been standing for a while (particularly with my shoes off), my feet start to complain a bit, even though I'm not quite ready to sit back down. This mat really, really helps with that. It's nice and squishy without being too squishy, if that makes any sense. The nubs on the mat are pretty comfortable on my feet, and I'm able to stand more than twice as long while I'm working. However, the size of the mat is what is the best. I have another fatigue mat, but it's really large and bulky, so it's difficult to move to and from my desk when I want to stand. This one has a handle and is a perfect size for tucking under my desk when I'm not using it.
