I purchased this stationary bike. To begin with, the computer did not connect. To their credit, I was sent a new one which worked. Things to improve------The computer sits at an angle which makes it impossible to see the little arrow moving to indicate what is being shown at the moment. By changing the angle to a more upright position this could be corrected. The seat could well have a vertical adjustment. (My wife and I are both short) The lateral adjustment is really very inconvenient and should have more stops. Would I buy it again?? No.

Do Not Buy!!
Do not buy. Bike is to heavy to come on one box. Arrived with the box all busted up. Other people have said this. After I unpacked all the parts and left the main one for last, After reading the instructions. after getting tools to open the box and put it together. When I took the main part out a HUGE piece was missing of the housing. Like the size of a softball. contacted the company. I took pictures. One is enclosed. I had a warranty, because I KNEW something would happen. So time filling out warranty info. Time spending taking pictures. I had to go to the store and BUY packing tape, so I could send it back. The seat looks to thin, yes I took everything out of the box and unwrapped it. it looks like a hassle to adjust the distance from seat to pedals, because you have to adjust the entire back half of the bike. Not just the seat adjusts. Why risk it. Why go through the stress and frustration. learn from my mistake. No not buy this bike. If you want to gamble, go to Las Vegas, not with your personal time. Good luck. dr. Darrell of Michigan.

Great bike for the money
I've had this for a few years at this point. In all of that time, it hasn't really given me any trouble - the only exception being the electronic 'computer' that comes with it. That one component has never been very reliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just goes blank. The heart rate measurement is also off by a bit. I'm not knocking a star off because I manage my workout with a separate heart rate monitor and could effectively remove the electronics entirely. This bike is quiet because it uses a ribbed serpentine belt to drive the mechanism which is very similar to what you would find under the hood of the car. There is a good range of resistance available and it has no trouble getting me up to the upper range of my ability. I eventually removed the plastic covering the mechanism because it makes the unit a bit more compact. Doing that allowed me to correct the way the belt was tracking on the pulleys as well (one edge of the belt was rubbing against the edge of a pulley).

could be better
I realize bean counters rule, cuz this thing has so much going for it but doesnt,,, the seat is horrible,, we put more padding down,, the back is too small,, and the indicator you have to look down at while you seem to be bent looking up, the pedal position is very awkward. mY wife is 5'2 and I am 6 foot, the front has rollers making it hard to slide back and forth for each person,,, This is all in comparison to one I had in 2006,, the screen was up high and the seat was straighter, if you ever rode a recumbent type street bike, the back is very straight.. so you look forward,, I feel like i am falling over backwards,, am making a bigger and taller back for it now, cant return it.. we used it for the month trying to see,,, will probably end up selling and going to my 95 yo parents house and get back my weslo, they dont use.

Good bike for home exercise
I've had this bike for 3 weeks now and I really like it. Packaging was good; all parts were accounted for and none were broken. Putting the bike together wasn't difficult for one person. I didn't even break a nail! It would have been nice to have someone there to hold the pieces together while I was attaching them but I managed. I am grateful to another reviewer for mentioning that the screws for attaching the seat pieces were already in the seats. That was extremely helpful. Since I'm a couch potato and a plus size woman exercising is not something I enjoy. I find it tedious and boring. My main reason for buying this particular bike was that the control console was low and wouldn't block the TV. It is also very quiet. I can watch shows or play video games on my Wii while working out which greatly increases the chance of me actually getting regular exercise. It is also easy to move around my apartment. The floors of my apartment are somewhat warped. If the bike is not level it makes a clicking noise when in use. It's not loud and moving the bike to a less warped area of the room stops the noise so it's not a big deal but it might be annoying for some. I was surprised by how well the resistance works. I've owned stationary bikes before and I've always had trouble changing the tension. And sometimes the tension was a joke. But this bike really provides a workout. I'm glad that I got this bike.
