  • Well Constructed Spinning Seat That the Children Love
Color: Blue
This spinning chair has been a fun addition to our playroom. We have a very active young child who enjoys spinning on this. She is just under the recommended age of 3 - 16, but is able to enjoy this with a little assistance and has even learned to spin herself on it. The construction of the base and the bearings are sturdy and provide a smooth and quiet ride. The plastic seat is thick and solid and is a bright colorful blue color. I like that this seat has handles built into the sides as they provide a secure handhold for maximum spinning. The weight limit on this is 220, so this will definitely hold most children and many adults as well. ... show more

  • Sturdy and fun!
Color: Blue
I had my eye on this type of spinning chair for my autistic students, but had been holding off due to the price. I admit I had my doubts about this one because of the comparatively low price compared to others on this site, but I was pleasantly surprised! The chair is very sturdy (I tested it out myself, and I weigh much more than a little kid) and spins smoothly. It ships flat, but took about 10 minutes at most to assemble - just putting in the bolts at the bottom of the seat and tightening them. ... show more

  • Hours of entertainment
Color: Blue
This modern day sit and spin activity is phenomenal. My eight-year-old son spins four hours while we are hanging out in the living room or spending time upstairs in the game room. It doesn’t spin terribly fast, and keep the kids entertained on their own. The sit and spin has a metal base with a plastic seat That is big enough for larger kids. My eight year-old best friend is just shy of 5 feet and is about 80 pounds and can use this sit and spin without any issues. The base is very heavy and sturdy so that it won’t move all over the floor When the kids are spinning. Overall, it’s a really great toy and I love that they are bringing a modern twist to a classic kids toy. ... show more

  • Seriously Impressive Build Quality!
Color: Blue
When I first unpacked this thing, I was expecting the usual cheap blow-mold and thin painted tube. I could NOT have been more wrong! This little thing is built like an absolute tank - the chair portion is some kind of molded resin or very heavy-duty plastic, it feels like commercial playground equipment. The lower portion is heavy-duty welded steel, with *large* rubber feet under the tube to keep it from sliding around. The top section actually has heat-set inserts molded into it - not just the self-tapping screws I expected, and the screws they supplied are even pre-coated with some blue threadlock so they won't back out! In addition, it's not a bushing that the spinning mechanism rides in - it's a pair of actual ball bearings! Just give the top a good spin, and it'll keep right on going by itself for a solid minute plus, it's that well run-in. This will be going in my wife's special ed class, and she's already very excited about it! I will update this review down the road once the kids have had a chance to put some spins on it. ... show more

  • Big hit
Color: Blue
The set up was easy, my husband loved that the hardware came in a ziplock style bag. You will need scissors to get it all out of the protective packaging. It sits low to the ground and easily rotates once a kid sits on it. Thick hard plastic and sturdy metal make up the chair. This was a big hit for my,sensory seeking kiddos. My almost 11 year old could sit on it with ease. I think my 6’ 19 year old could get on it as well but it may be an awkward fit lol ... show more

  • Awesome for neurodivergent kids
Color: Blue
This chair is so much fun for my kids. I've had my eye on a similar chair for a while and finally snagged this one, much to my excitement. The chair took me less than 5 minutes to put together, came with extra screws, and works just as expected. I have two sensory-seeking kids who jumped at the chance to take this for a spin (literally). My kid that gets motion sick and has ear tubes needs to work more on how to use it slowly, but my adrenaline junkie child was full speed ahead and I got dizzy watching her. The giggles that came from this chair were priceless. Price-wise, these chairs seem all over the place, from $60-$150, so the current $80 price point seems reasonable to me. And the blue looks so nice in person! ... show more

  • Sensory Solution That Works
Color: Blue
The sturdy handles on this blue spinning chair give my child the perfect grip while enjoying the soothing rotational movement. The smooth swivel action provides just the right amount of vestibular input during moments when focus is needed. The seat is comfortable enough for extended play while being durable against daily use and occasional roughhousing. My child gravitates to this sensory tool daily, making it one of our most valuable purchases for supporting sensory regulation at home. ... show more
