Last forever; work great
Let's get this out of the way: these are 3/4 length inserts. *All* of the bad reviews for this product are from people who simply aren't paying attention and didn't read that they are 3/4 length inserts. They can slide forward in your shoe. They should be positioned before you put your foot in your shoe, which isn't hard because you just look (with your eyes) and tap them back if they have slid forward. Do *not* remove the normal inserts in your shoes. These go on top. Effectiveness: these work. I had bad PF and am a runner. I bought three pairs of these and, combined with physical therapy, these have fixed my PF. Durability: amazing. I have run >4000 km in one pair of these. That's right, over 4000 km (that's almost 2500 miles for the Americans). They're still fine. Overall: recommended. I would say I'm going to buy them again but at this point I don't know if I will ever need to.

If it didn't slide in some of my shoes this would be a 5 star review.
My plantar fasciitis pain is nearly gone now. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because depending on the shoes I wear it will slide in my shoe and be uncomfortable. I have a few pairs of should where it doesn't slide so I just use it in those and it has been great.

My plantar fasciitis is pretty bad, and it hurts to put weight on my foot. The arch in this insole is stiffl and pushes back. This together with the soft heel greatly relieves my pain. With this insole in a decent pair of shores, I can do my 2-mile walk over lunch.

What is this Magical Thing
My husband is ALWAYS complaining that his feet hurt. We were @Academy so he can look at new work boots. While he's trying different boots for this size 13 W foot, he has little options. He's shoving his huge hands into these shoed pushing on the heal and insole looking for cushion. He's getting mad because he cant find anything comfortable. So I'm looking at the rack of insoles. Picking through the rack looking for the right size then I come across another rack of this pair. I mashed on the heal, it's got extra cushion... and what's this ARCH support. Knowing feet having worked for a podiatrist for a little bit I handed my husband a pair of these 3/4 insoles. He looked at me like a was crazy. I told him shut up and put them in the boot. He proceeds to grumble and placed them in the boot he's trying on. Then starts strutting down the isle. He comes back and says Wow, my feet don't hurt at all. We left with out the new boots, but left with a pair of these insoles instead, and proceeded to buy a few more here on Amazon to be shipped to the house for his sneakers and his dress boots. Moral is, you should always listen to your wife LOL

Like walking on clouds!
I love these inserts! Use them on your cheapest shoes and you'll feel like a million bucks! It feels like you're walking on clouds. They're so comfortable to use and you can use them all day! I walk a lot during the day so I needed something reliable and these are the best out there! I've used cheaper ones before and they can't compare to these insoles! I love them!

Immediate improvement - wow
I've had these things for just half a day, but wow. I'm a happy camper. I had planter fasciitis a bunch of years back and it sucked. Took me 6 months to recover, so when I felt it coming on again I wasn't terribly happy about it. I'd been using walkfit platinum insoles since my first bout and those had done the trick, but I was never entirely happy with them. Needed a new pair, but thought it was time for a change and gave these a shot. Me like. Me like lots. The pain, which was rapidly getting worse, has practically vanished. Like, immediately I feel vastly better. Logically, I should give them a few days, at least, before putting in a review. But, I'm giddy with happiness that it looks like I may be able to avoid another bout of plantar fasciitis and just needed to share. I'll update my review if I have anything further to add or if my opinion changes, but seven thumbs up. Quick update after wearing them for a bit. I can't claim that my plantar faciitis immediately vanished. Sadly, it still remains an issue. But, I continue to be able to walk pain free when I have these in my shoes and I'm very happy with them. I just need to have the sense to stop walking around barefoot for a while.

Relief from scrunched toes at last -
It is the answer to my shoe needs - I have flat feet, and use a well known foam insert - which is super - however there are some shoes that I like and wear that are too narrow in the front. often I would cut them and would be uncomfortable - I have used all sorts of over the counter items sold in stores - I saw these tried them and they are great love them. Accidentally bought the woman's size, but it worked either way, as i have a very narrow heel - bought three pair of the men's size and love them. They give me support from the heel mid foot (arch) and room in the toe area's A great product at least for me.

Great insoles.
These are quite possibly the best insoles you can get for your money. For $20.00, it's hard to beat them. They are incredibly comfortable, they force your arch to elevate, alleviating a lot of pain in your feet, almost immediately. They do initially take some getting used to, like most anything else. I personally do not have plantar fasciitis issues, but I do walk a lot, so having insoles like these provide excellent support. They are definitely a must have if you are on your feet constantly. Great for retail, sales, construction, etc. Regardless if you have plantar fasciitis or not. Again, a must have. And bears repeating, it's hard to beat such a decent price. Note however, I have bought these same insoles at a shoe store several times and have ordered two sets through Amazon(for each set of shoes/boots) and regardless they are about the same price no matter where you buy them. So if you're in need of a new pair of insoles and you're not willing/able to wait, go to a shoe outlet and buy them. Otherwise buy them through Amazon. Either way, the price is $20.00 no matter where you go. If they are more somewhere, go elsewhere.
