Smittybilt 76651-01 Rear Rock Bumper with Swing Out Tire Carrier for YJ/TJ/LJ, (Box 1 of 2) features the Smittybilt classic SRC rear bumper. It is as tough as it is practical, as is seen in the 1/4 inch steel plate design. It has an intuitive mounting system to carry an oversized spare tire. The SRC classic rear bumper is powder coated in the signature textured finish.

Very well built bumper for the money, but the 2 inch receiver is more like 2 1/4 and if you leave a hitch in it, it can rattle. But I only use a basket in it anyway, so I bought a 12$ hitch clamp and it took care of it.

Don't pay any attention to the picture in the ad.. It is NOT what you'll get. However, I knew this before purchasing. I just went by the part number as well as other reviews from other buyers. Unlike them, I wanted the one with the carrier mount. ; Its a heavy duty class 3 bumper with 3000k weight and a maximum towing tongue weight of 500lb.. Also, this DOES fit cj7 jeep. It came with some good detailed instructions on how to install for cj7, yj and tj jeeps. Only thing, I may have to drop my fuel tank to install. UPDATE: I've installed the bumper.. It was tricky.. Only thing I don't like about the bumper is that the bottom part curves at an angle so it is impossible to install a tow trailer wiring in the bumper... Will have to figure out where to install the trailer wiring. I uploaded a picture. The swing out carrier is sold separately from the bumper with the hitch. ... show more

Bumper came in good shape. However it is not as pictured. Picture shows bumper with d rings on each side and a hitch. Bumper showed up with a hitch/no d rings and mints for a tire carrier.

This product goes for upwards of 400 clams on other websites! Very satisfied with the purchase. Probably going to rattle a little bit but for what it is and paying less than $200 for it, its a great deal. Get ready to pull your gas tank if you have a YJ. Not sure if you would have to do the same for the TJ. The bumper I got had holes and instructions for a CJ also. ... show more

The picture indicates a bumper with hitch and D-ring mounts, however, the actual bumper has a hitch and tire carrier mounts, but no D-ring mounts. The actual bumper also had hitch safety chain mounts. 1/2 the reason I purchased this bumper was to get the D-ring mounts! I looked around the web, and there are numerous sites that use the same picture, so I assumed I would get the bumper that is pictured. ... show more

Absolutely horrible. The finish looks nice at first but it is not finished well at all. As others have said, what you get is not what is pictured. It does come with a tube on the top of the right side for the spare tire carrier and on my TJ did not allow for the tailgate to open all the way. The installation was also very difficult as you have to bring down the gas tank to get to the inner bolts and the template that it brings does not line up with the factory bolts you are supposed to use.
