I had to get an adapter for the WiFi range- but all the doors are monitored by the app and it allows for long-term or short term passwords, fingerprint, or key fob. This gave an updated look to the doors as well as one of the most convenient ways to secure your home. I had to contact customer service for the locks and their assistance and kindness and patience (even after a long time period from purchase) was outstanding. It worked beautifully for a few months and stopped working. UPDATE! Once I put up the review I was immediately contacted by support who fixed the issue for me and replaced it. Customer service was a 10/10 and I love the lock.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this a week ago and was very easy to install, , I downloaded the TT lock app, and was very easy to program, as well as the fingerprint, pin, and Ekeys. At first it was weird getting used to. I added my brother and mom to the app so they can also have admin access. The only thing is that when I try to connect it to the Alexa, it won’t work. I don’t know if I have to get the gateway to be able to connect it with the Alexa.. I have been noticing that the fingerprints sometimes don’t register. Also, we put new batteries in and on the first day it would say that it had 0% of battery and then later 75% of battery and then 100% of battery so I was kind of disappointed in that we put new batteries in ,same thing happened but we had our keys and was about to return this item but decided to give it a few weeks. So far it’s OK. The reason I gave it four stars was because of the battery issue and the technical issues with fingerprints and pin. Sorry to make this so long but I thought I’d give it a review since it is something that you’re buying to keep you safe!!.. will update in a few weeks ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got this lock because I felt fingerprint would be safer and easier/more convenient than keys/keypad/fobs. It works very well, it was super super easy to install (like, in 5 minutes without even needing to read instructions) and I like both it's function and its design more than my last smart lock. So far (just a few days in) I've not had any problems. I feel a bit geeky to admit, I really enjoy using it as it is just so amazing to me to enter my house using my fingerprint. I also appreciate that it has an auto-locking feature, so if anyone forgets to lock the door (which happens all too often here) it will lock itself after a given length of time. I'm also glad I never again have to worry about making sure a neighbor has a key when I'm out of town. My only complaint so far which isn't much of an issue: I'd suggest they change the software to scan your fingerprint more than 4 times when you first set it up just so that you can really get all the parts of that fingertip scanned. Since it only does 4 scans, it doesn't get all parts of my thumbprint, so when I come home I have to make sure to place the same part of my thumb tip on the scanner each time and never part of some other side of my thumb when I use the lock. Not a big inconvenience, and actually I found a simple way around it: just add another fingerprint in the app, but scan another part of the same finger instead of a different finger. Been using this almost a year now and can happily say it has held up thus far unlike some off brand products. I have a skin condition that makes my fingerprint slightly different every day to the point where the iPhone fingerprints didn’t work for me but to my surprise this lock has been able to read my fingerprint every time except for once after I’d gone swimming and my fingers were pruney.
