3.0 out of 5 stars | Hurts your Butt!!
It was already put together when it came. That was easy part it was very heavy. Save the box if you can get it off without ruining it. We had to rip it to get it off. If you decide to return it ,you have to pay to return it. I didn't like the way the foot plates stick out so far when it's off. I am used to the more simple chairs so to me the air bags made it squeeze your arms and shoulders...Not massage and I didn't care for I liked the zero gravity but it felt like the nodes pushes to hard when it goes past you're lower back to your butt and legs, even on the lowest pressure. The price is good but you might fight it helpful to go loca)ly and try some out so you know what you want and don't have to spent a fortune to mail the chair back

4.0 out of 5 stars | Very pleased with the chair
The chair is on the heavy side and does have wheels. It is also on the slim side for body types. If you are not used to deep tissue massages, then this may not be for you. Zero gravity will make the massage more intense. I love that it does go down under the thigh and the butt massage is awesome. Now if you have never had the massage go down that far you will be sore the first couple of times just decrease the intensity and don't do it while in zero gravity mode. Heat is a plus too. Hope this was helpful.

4.0 out of 5 stars | Pleasantly surprised! Excellent quality and a real bargain!
Well, they say you get what you pay for, but with this chair, the quality is awesome. I was worried that because the cost was so inexpensive, that the chair would be cheap. It's not. It's really good quality, and I love most things about it. It's very quiet, and massages from your neck all the way to under your butt. Most auto setting are great, but I would avoid A3. The air bag pressure on A3 is too intense and may hurt. Other negatives about his chair is mostly related to the remote control. It's not too bad, and has a nice screen, but the hard push buttons are not back lit. And like other chairs, the remote control has an annoying beep, but there are ways to remove the speaker, if you are willing to void your warrantee. You can watch a couple Youtube videos on how to do that, but I have not done that. I just live with the beep. I use the A1 setting mostly, which does not beep that much. Overall, for the price this is a really nice chair at a great bargain price. The bluetooth speakers work nicely, as well. I love it, and I am very happy with it.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Very nice chair for the money. Excellent value and feature set.
The chair was delivered in one piece with no assembly required (except for velcro some loose pieces and close a zipper). My other one which I got from Costco required hours of assembly after watching a video. The descriptions do not have a picture of the remote, but it actually comes with a nice color LCD display to show the mode and position of the active rollers. The feature set is relatively simple, but automatic modes work just fine for my in-laws who were the intended customers. I don't know why some reviewer say it hurts. There are different intensity levels. I'm assuming auto mode A1, A2, A3 ... etc are increasing in intensity. A1 is too light, and A2/3 is just about right for me. The only complaint I have is the manual is quite lacking. It doesn't tell you what each mode is supposed to cover and the intensity level. But once you try everything, it's not that hard to figure out. Also it shouldn't be compared to chairs that cost much more. The built quality is OK with some flimsy plastics body parts, but it's expected at this price point. The man made leather in the seating area is soft. Hope it will last. FYI the price has already gone up slightly from when I bought it.

4.0 out of 5 stars | I love my chair but…
This chair was cheaper than most but I was willing to try it. Easy to roll out the box into the house. Nothing to put together. Not a lot of programs but I the automatic has 8 and manual has 6. My kids love the chair. My problem is some problems are rough on my back and this chair isn’t for big individuals. I’m average size and fit almost perfectly in it. The airbag for my upper chest feels like it’s being broken on one of the programs. Just too much. For my first chair, I do like it but, if you’re real tall, I’m 6’8’ and fits just so, this might be a problem. For the price, it’s a good chair. I use it everyday.

1.0 out of 5 stars | Please tell me how to turn off the loud BEEP of the controller.
Too loud! I sent an email message to firstname.lastname@example.org asking how to turn off the controller's sound, but the message bounced back as "Not Found"
