First wine cooler I received was delivered upside down, and the packaging is a joke. But the replacement wine cooler works like a dream, purring along silently and keeping my wonderful wine completely chilled to temperature controlled perfection. Since zone chilling, with the ability to customize your desired temperature. Bottles can be racked either 3 or 4 wide. Wooden racks pull out. Purple lighting adds cool factor. This is the finishing touch that was missing in my she-den's kitchenette. I was able to make a space for it in the cabinetry so its now built in. Easy to do since its only 15 inches wide. We specifically purchased this because it advertises the temp range going to 72F yet in reality the control only goes to 65F which is not acceptable for what I need. It otherwise seems like a nice unit but the false advertising is beyond annoying when trying to return something this big.

    • Expensive beverage cooler

I cannot tell the difference between this wine cooler and the less expensive beverage cooler, beside the fact that this has slots to easily place the wine bottles on it's shelves, whereas a beverage fridge shelf is just flat. Other than that, I like that this SKANWEN fridge also has a dim blue light which turns off automatically after a few minutes, and it has specific temperature control. The shelves are removable but to remove them is a bit tricky, just slide out to where it has the small opening up top and slide out all the way. Some of the wooden shelves don't fit well or slide out too easily, though. It also has a lock with 2 keys, but the lock is a bit hard to turn because it activated a piece of metal that has to slide correctly into a hole at the bottom. It's 15 inches and fits right in size wise with my standing freezer. It does cost twice the price of the beverage fridge of comparable size, though. We're not big wine drinkers and have small kids, so it's actually used right now to store milk and sodas. ... show more

We have a wine cooler almost exactly like this one but not the wooden shelves. The wooden shelves add a classiness to this cooler that allows us to have this cooler in a room where friends and family gather. It looks much nicer than those with metal shelves. This cooler is quiet and responds very quickly to temperature changes. It keeps our wine at the set temp and there is no temperature variation that we can discren. However, if you leave the door open for even a short time, the temperature does plummet. Also, sometimes, the door stops just short of closing (could just require an adjustment) once you know this, you will get in the habit of touching the door after it closes. ... show more

This wine cooler is perfect. It is slim and elegant. More importantly it maintains the temperature. The controls are easy to use and you can remove shelves to accommodate larger bottles.     • High Quality, Intelligent Temperature and Humidity…
The media could not be loaded. This Cooler runs super quiet and has a consistent temperature. The door opens and closes effortlessly and has doubled glass and thick. All the touch controls work great and has every setting I need, including temperature unit conversion at the touch of a button. So, I really like the digital touch display. The bottom key lock at the bottom keeps everything locked and at the bottom it is barely noticeable. We have used this now for over 2 months and really like it.
