This is actually a lot more bang for your buck! The price and unfamiliar name made me a tad skeptical at first, but this laptop has been great. I purchased it for my teenage son after his gaming laptop stopped working. It was just a filler until we got another. However he has been gaming on it ( for a couple of hours), he has used it for homework, 3D printing, and even created a couple of his own games on it. There is no fan ( that I know of), but it doesn’t over heat. Has a nice amount of storage. The only con is that the sound isn’t superb, but it gets loud enough for me to tell him to turn it down. I will be ordering one for me to use for business purposes!

This computer is advertised as high quality, fast speed, ect. However, fresh out of the box, the computer was loading very slow and then proceeded to have ongoing issues with my network. My network, even though it is perfectly working on all other devices, continues to randomly disconnect on this product, and I have to continuously reset the network settings in order to be able to use the product. That is very annoying, and this issue has been occurring since I’ve taken the computer out of the box. No matter how many times I reset the network, the issue occurs again a few moments later. Additionally, the touchpad has horrible motion detection and at one point the cursor was moving completely on its own. Ultimately, I ended up feeling uncomfortable and I covered the webcam on the computer, and began processing a return. I am extremely unhappy with my purchase, the look and feel of the computer is good, but the actual experience is not. I will be returning this product, as soon as I can afford a better replacement but I would definitely not recommend this computer to anyone. SGIN is not a known or trusted brand, so do not purchase this. UPDATE: PROBLEMS STILL OCCURRING WITH NETWORK AND IT IS HAPPENING AT THE MOST CONVENIENT TIMES I GENUINELY BELIEVE I AM BEING WATCHED. PLEASE DONT PURCHASE THIS COMPUTER I AM LOOKING INTO WAYS AS WE SPEAK IN HOW TO FILE A REPORT

One thing I noticed is the slow load times, lags, when running on Windows 11. I swapped back to Windows 10, and had to install drivers manually (I got support from after sales dept to get the drivers). Now that I swapped back to W10, it runs smoother and faster. Windows 11 is just heavy for this laptop. Don't hesitate on buying this laptop, ¡it's very good! Just use it for simple things and you'll get a very good performance out of it. Pdt: for some reason, Intel graphics makes the laptop lag some times. Just head into the Intel graphics center and set it to performance mode, and it'll do the job very well. If you don't want to do it, just uninstall the graphics driver from the device manager and laptop will run smooth.

Good looking laptop, fast delivery, all functions work great except it looses internet connection a lot. Even with my fiber optic 1 gig internet It is the only device it the house that has connection issues. The bad wifi connection makes it run slower than it should. But it's still a decent laptop for the price.

Even with my 1 gig fiber optic wifi it still continues to loses connection. I have keep turning the laptop wifi off and on until it connects. But all other functions work great. 🙄

Well this originally was said to be $599 and was on sale for $190 so I my mother-in-law needed a new laptop for limited use so I supposed that this would be perfect. It came quickly, set up was fine, diagnostics was good, but the battery is either missing or not taking a charge at all of which I believe it's the latter as I haven't opened the unit and decided not to. In the end, we got her a very good laptop for her needs with the latest from Microsoft on it, but with a completely dead battery that won't recharge.

Advertised as linux, came with windows. Very cheap construction, mouse pad very very cheap. Very frustrating to have to reinstall linux as this was the reason we purchased.
