After posting the first review the seller contacted me. I tried to get help from the manufacture but because I didn't buy from them they did not reply. The seller apologized and offered me more than fair compensation by. I chose a replacement drone. This is still a low end drone but it is what I expected. I give 5 stars to the seller for service 4.5 for value 3.5 for the drone / nice features, not so stable, fun to fly for a beginner. Try not to hit the wall I bought the drone for learning to fly Out of the box the one button lift off seemed fine. It wasn't totally stable but that was OK Learning to fly was fun. I started in a very large room ( 125 x 50 ft w/ 25ft ceiling ) It got away from me about 100' down the room and hit the wall. when I picked it up I could smell one of the motors were bad, my fault. I tried contacting the manufacturer to buy a new motor but got no response Maybe I'll buy from a real hobby shop next time. ... show more

Updated Review- This was a birthday gift for my son and it worked good for a dozen or so uses then a motor overheated and now it doesn't work. Since the packing was tossed at his birthday party I cannot return it according to Amazons guidelines and the mfg's website says you only have 3 days to register the warranty. Overall the drone was kinda cool, he learned to use it quickly and was excited until the motor died. It comes with extra blades, would be nice if it came with an extra motor too!! **Much to my surprise they company reached out to me with an offer to replace the drone, which they did very quickly..no strings attached. Its refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind the other products they sell. Like I said in my initial review the drone was pretty good and my son found it easy to learn...cannot wait to see the look on his face when he opens the box tonight to see it.!! ... show more

Honestly, if you want to fly a drone, start out with the SANROCK U61W as myself and my wife have!!! And test your abilities and just have fun doing it and move the controls slowly, we have so much excitement trying to avoid the walls and start with the Drone first, then you can try taking photos or video!!! The camera quality is okay for a budget drone!!! And with the circular protective ring around the propellers your good to go, Its okay !!! Use this SANROCK U61W and after you get to know the controls which works excellent, then move up to a the line and experience a larger outdoor SANROCK model within your budget!!! So my conclusion is, go out and buy a SANROCK U61W Drone today, and start having some fun!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to learn to fly (I’ve never flown a drone before, but got the hang of it before too long). The camera is neat, but laggy so I can’t use it to fly from (so no flying beyond where I can see it). The camera is still neat to get a recording from, even with the poor image quality. For the price of this drone, I wasn’t expecting much out of the camera so this was all fine with me. Especially since most other drones in this price range don’t even have one. I had a complaint about the battery life lasting only about 5 minutes each, but the company promptly sent replacements which worked out better. ... show more

My son got this and really enjoyed it. Battery life is as expected and doesn’t last long. However on his 3rd use (in the house) it got overheated and sized up. Wouldn’t waste my money on this for it to crap out so fast.

This drone is great it has so many features the material looks well built and I love how it can be taken with you anywhere because of it's size I like how smoothly it Flies and how it has a Camara incorporated, the camara is a 720 hd really helpful for when you dont see it in the air the automatic landing feature is also helpful the emergency button help in the case of an emergency landing. My son took some pictures with the free app included with the drone and I love it specially the sun set one. This is my son birthday gift and he love it. I recommend this product ... show more
