As others have stated, this is literally a pipe with sand paper. With that said, it does the job on hand calluses I have from weight lifting without damaging my hand or being too harsh. I can't say that the balm is necessarily anything special, but it hydrates after I shave my calluses down. I knocked off one star because I do think it is really over priced for what it is, but the reality is that I'm probably not going to go and buy the pieces to make one and it's convenient. ... show more

I like my feet to look nice and soft… it’s my OCD that peeks out every now and then 😂 The Sandbar was a genius idea!! I love the salve but I am Marking 1 less star because the amazing salve that comes with it is tiny. The size of a chapstick. It was gone in one use😞. Other than that way to go guys!!

My heals have been terrible for YEARS! Painful, cracked, peeling - so embarrassing! I started using this every day in the shower after a recommendation, and my feet have cleared up beautifully!     • Perfect for hand callous removal
Wish I'd known this existed sooner. Callouses from kettlebells/weights can be difficult to deal with. Most tools are built for feet, and it's tough to get the right angle for the hands. Most pumice stones I tried were just too lightweight and took forever to file down the callouses. This fits naturally into my hand, mimicking a weight bar or KB grip, and the texture is just aggressive enough to really keep those callouses under control.
