I am disappointed that the unit does not come with a sim card which means I need to go out and separately obtain one. Overall it is a decent tablet but still very slow compared to my phone. The cellular reception leaves something to be desired as it frequently can't find the network even though my phone may have a couple of bars.

Very disappointed in this product. It was in excellent condition when I received it but when I plugged it in to charge it and set it up I could not do this because I did not have the original power cord that came with this refurbished product. Will hesitate before ordering any refurbished again
