I am a senior. I don't work well with cell phones. I want one that is forthright. I want to make calls, texts, and take an occasional picture. I don't find this phone easy to use. I find it requires to much sophistication, too many screens, signing in and signing out. I am not worried about security. I don't care if someone hacks my "coffee ministry" calls or emails. I don't bank, order, or make transactions on the phone. If you like me, you are a cell-avese senior, look elsewhere for a phone. ... show more

First off I bought this phone last month these are my taughts: which are no fault of the seller Cons 1. The phones does freeze at times 2. It suddenly does it's own thing without you even touching it 3. For some strange reason when ever I am on a call I hear a weird ping sound like something is active in the background and these are not notification sounds I have check the phone. Pros 1.
