maybe worst product I have ever purchased
so many things to say about this grille, and none of it good. I paid around $180.00 and if it was $30 i think I would feel cheated. 1- almost every piece of metal is warped to some degree. so much so that the first one I got delivered was unusable. the 3 grilles could not sit over the burners because the main box was crooked/uneven. Amazon's excellent service, they sent a replacement grille. this one was better, but still the frame was uneven. 2 - 40 minutes to assemble? ha! 20 minutes to unpack and discard the trash, and you will never get all the small pieces of Styrofoam that are still blowing around my yard. try 2-4 hours. 3 - poor instructions. 4- two grilles, and can you believe it? both are missing the same part. (the nut to hold on the thermometer. I looked very carefully in both boxes. not there. 5 - finally assembled, and not the best quality (of course, it's very inexpensive). if you can only afford $180 for a grill, get a part time job, save $200, and spend $380. then you'll have a good grill.

Not worth the money, rusted through drip pan in 6 months
Unit was delivered damaged and had it mostly assembled till you could see the damage. Called Amazon and they stated they send a new one, but would have to repack the old one back up and send back. I knew i could never get it to fit in the box again , so i took a discount and kept the grill. Biggest mistake ever. In less then a month the the propane holder broke off. In 6 months the drip tray is rusted through and has multiple holes in it. The grill is kept covered and under a patio when not in use. Save you money and buy something better.

Great value, tedious assembly
If Ikea sold BBQ’s this is how they would deliver. This pretty much a flat-pack, lots of thin sheet metal parts that were bent in shipping and handling, they are easily bent back into shape during assembly, however, wrinkles remain on completion. Once it’s together it’s a very nice BBQ.

Flimsy design but cooks well
Product arrived damaged and missing parts that you are required to screw in. The flames are tok close to the grill guard and we frequently find food on fire, even on low settings. Thing necer goes past 550 degrees

Cheaply made!
Very cheaply made. Igniter cable for side burner is about 6 inches to short. Cannot Conner it to burner. Top cover has a big dent in it. Don’t expect it to last more than a year. Made from very thin metal. Won’t take much rust to destroy it.

Nice, easy to assemble
Directions are clear, al parts included. You must have TWO people assemble. It took me and a friend about 1.5 hours. Wish some parts were already assembled like the thermometer and door handles.

The shipping will dent and destroy the grill
Fair grill with all the battle scars of a Sherman Tank back from the gulf. Who was the idiot that thought the manufacturers box for the unit created for placement in a retail store was strong enough to ship with UPS? The box was delivered on its side and dented and smashed in 5 places

Cheap material flimsy and damaged
Damaged parts and difficult to assemble. Image looks sturdier but actual material is flimsy and cheap. Not worth it. Plus returning is a headache, have to drop off instead of scheduling a pick up for an item this heavy and big. Disappointed with amazon on this.
