Great bike and looks pretty cool
The bike was delivered this afternoon at 2 pm. I got home at 5:15 and the bike was done by 6:30. I’m a 66 y/o female who has a little experience with bikes, but this was very simple to put together. I took a short ride, and it’s a very comfortable ride. I have several bikes (upright and recumbent) and this will be a good option for riding. I like the step-through design since I’m short and old and it makes stopping much easier. Beyond that it’s cool looking. So far, I’m really happy with this bike.

so-so support from manufacturer
The bike itself is nice. We are very pleased with the overall aesthetics and value. It comes partially assembled but will require a few hours to put together if you are reasonably inclined. You should still take it to a professional to do a final check and tune before riding. The only problem I had was that the front tire would not hold air and when I reached out to the manufacturer (Retrospec) for help (via email), they took 2 days to respond only to pass the buck back to Amazon... telling me I should contact Amazon for a new inner tube. Ofcourse Amazon does not have spare parts for the bike and suggested I return the bike, which would have been a pain. I emailed Retrospec back expressing my frustration and they finally agreed to send a replacement inner tube. Deducting a star from an other wise 5 star purchase. Will update review with any long term insight later

Missing a very "CRITICAL" piece from "Critical" Cycles!
Ironically when I unpacked the bike, I quickly realized that it was missing a very important piece....the pole that the seat goes on top of. Kind of hard to manage without that. Luckily, I still had my old bicycle that was the reason for getting a new bike in the first place so I used the pole from my old one. And I only did that because I didn't even want to attempt the nightmare of trying to remedy that situation and getting it sent back.

Instructions and customer service are awful/ non existent
I'm just guessing on the comfort aspect because the seat looks comfy. Super cute bike BUT impossible to assemble! I'm certain that I'm missing some essential hardware as the bag for it came open and spilled into the box. The only bolt that makes sense to tighten the seat into place isn't working and there is no list in the instructions of hardware except the tools included. No number to contact, only an email. Frustrating to say the least. I'm going to have to take it to a local bike shop or go through the massive hassle of shipping the whole thing back.

No. Do not recommend.
This bike is for people without feet. It is designed so that anytime you turn, your feet will hit the front tire. Also the metal used is too soft so none of the settings stay in place - like where you put the seat - it constantly swivels. or, the angle of the handlebars - they constantly move around as well. It also makes the kickstand useless because the metal just won’t lock anything into place because it is too soft. Do not recommend this bike. Pretty much junk. It looks nice enough but is completely aggravating.

more challenging than expected
Seemed it was going to be easier than it was, but it wasn't horrible. Notes: The pedals screw on in opposite directions Make sure the front fork is facing forward to put the handle bars in Make sure the tire is centered in the front fork You may have to take the clamp of the seat off and turn it around to make the seat flat Still haven't figured out how to tighten the seat so it doesn't rotate Happy riding and stay virus free!

Horrible Instructions!!!
The quality of the bike seems nice but it is laughable how awful the instructions are. It’s like they assume you know what each of the individual bike parts are and they don’t have clear pictures of each step. Really disappointed with that. Also the box had a huge hole.

Handbar width
Love cycle; however the handle bars are way too wide, and cannot be adjusted. This is a girl's cycle and I am of average size. I will like to return this if possible , or be sent a new handlebar. Thank you.
