1.0 out of 5 stars | Horrible Design
This chair, like others have said, has very, very minimal cushion. Leaving that aside, it won't recline the way you would expect an office chair to recline. To recline, you have to undo the lock, let it rock back with no resistance, and then lock it into place where you want it to recline. There's no spring action so you can casually rock back into place the way you can with most office chairs. It's simply a horrible and counter-intuitive design. If it wasn't such a pain in the ass to return it now that it's unboxed and put together, I'd return this in a heartbeat. I'm terribly disappointed in this purchase and recommend you buy something else.

1.0 out of 5 stars | Extremely Uncomforatble
I bought this chair as I am a woman with pretty wide hips and like to be comfortable. The chair is stiff and is difficult to adjust. It constantly hurts my butt to sit in. I can feel the wires and adjustment knobs under my chair padding. The back has so much padding it almost pushes you forward. It is really an awful chair and now I can't even return it although I spent $250 on it. The only thing that is nice is that I have long arms and the arm tests are a good length. Waste of money - do not purchase.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Great value for its price!
If you are looking for a versatile and comfortable chair, this product is your choice! All components are shipped within a single box. When you open the box, it feels that you get a chair from some premium brands such as Secretlab and DXRacer. All components are well-packed and organized. There is an easy-to-follow instruction that helps you to quickly assemble the chair. I spent about 10 mins to assemble the chair by myself using the hand hex key provided in the box. There is also a hex insert bits, and I suppose you can get the assembly done a little faster. Regarding its versatility, you can sit on it as regular premium office chairs, but this chair provides two additional features that make you additive to it. First, the chair can be flattened approximately 180 degree so that you can lay on it for a snap. Second, there is an extension at the bottom of the chair, which can support your foot (if you sit) or legs (if you lie on it). In addition, this extension is foldable and can be a space-saver if needed. Give five stars for this product!

5.0 out of 5 stars | Comfy & support for big & tall.
Tried many office & even those overpriced gaming chairs, majority didn't last long. Was frustrated being 6'4 & 270+, & finding a comfortable chair that can support & handle my frame. Came across this chair while browsing Amazon, the key feature in description that stood out was its claim of 400LB support. Most chairs its borderline 300LB, took a gamble since pricing was appealing. Arrived on schedule in fairly large box. I dreaded the assembly as in my past experiences it's a hassle due to many issues like bad instructions, poorly drilled or missing holes, missing parts etc...but to my surprise it took me less than 15 mins to put together. I was impressed, & the based is a solid metal so definitely looks like its 400LB claim is legit. Very comfortable and can recline it to lay with feet off the floor. It's only been short time but loving this item. God Bless!

1.0 out of 5 stars | Very Disappointed
Seat cushions are very hard. No spring back support. Seat has a forward cant (leans toward the floor, instead of level or back). Seat back adjuster is very difficult to reach. Spend a little more and get a better chair. 12/5 Update Removing another star Now after a few weeks of light use the seat back is leaning off center. (yes, the bolts are tight lol). The actual seat is still very hard. I would avoid this product.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Excellent value for money
This chair is really good, my dad sat up and said it was very comfortable, with a foot towing, a waist pad, sitting there watching TV, is a kind of enjoyment. The chair is very breathable, unlike other leather chairs, it will be very hot after sitting for a long time. The adjustable height of the chair is also moderate.

4.0 out of 5 stars | Not what I expected!!!
I am at home doing Distance Learning during the Pandemic with my middle school students and I need a comfortable chair that I can be in all day everyday to teach from at home!! I was so excited for a foot rest on my chair, but was VERY disappointed by the chair!! The lever that locks the recline position is way too low, I can barely reach it!! You have to unlock it recline (if you are not careful you will go all the way back!) and then lock it to pick a position for the recline. Then when you want to bring it up, there is no return tension, you have to pull it back upright before locking it up. I am stuck trying to return it, but from CA to NJ the shipping is going to be over $50!! YIKES!! an Amazon said I should have tracking, additional fee!!! I've been going rounds with them and amazon trying to get assistance in the return. It is far too heavy for me to take to UPS myself just to have them tell me the price of shipping so I can make a fully informed decision of what to do. Update 4/27 Amazon quoted me a price of $125 -150 depending on which carrier I use to return my product!!! The company gave me a small amount of money to offset my disappointment, but what I really would want is a refund of the total price and to return the chair. update 6/2 Company has reached out to me to offer full refund so my overall rating has gone up from a 1 star to a 4/5 star
