Features

  • Internal storage compartment for weights and resistance tubes (not included)
  • Incline/decline/flat has 3 position angle support
  • Clips to attach resistance tubes for a varied workout
  • 2 height positions; User weight limit is 330 pounds
  • Non slip textured rubber surface

Description

With two heights to choose from (7.87in or 14in), you can step, jump and lunge your way to improved aerobic fitness - or perform traditional flat workout bench strength exercises. With a simple adjustment of the Deck's secure 'lid', you have yourself an incline workout bench which is an ideal position for those exercises which build the upper chest, such as flys and presses. Easily fold and lock one of the Deck's feet into place to focus on decline exercises such as crunches or standing rows with a resistance band placed inside one of the clips. A signature move which makes the most of the Deck and resistance tube combo. Either standing or seated with the tube under the Deck's feet, the front raise strengthens the front of the upper body; the chest, traps muscles and anterior delts. Attach the resistance tube and get seated on the floor with your feet propped up on the Deck in front. Pull your elbows back to target your back muscles and strengthen your shoulders simultaneously. Bench dips are considered one of the top three exercises for strengthening your triceps. Thanks to the Deck's rubber grip feet, it isn't going anywhere during this bodyweight move. Sometimes referred to as the 'rear foot elevated split squat', this is the ultimate glute and leg muscle building compound move. Add weight once you've perfected your form. The Deck features a handy internal storage compartment for hand weights, resistance tubes and other small fitness accessories. It's a great way to save on space and de-clutter your workout space. Attach resistance tubes to the clips and add strength exercises to your routine. The Deck and resistance tube combo can be used on either an incline or decline position, seated or standing. In a matter of seconds, easily adjust the Deck's feet into position. With rubber feet and a textured 'bubble' surface, the Reebok Deck provides trustworthy traction throughout your entire workout.

abunda_amazon_reviews Love this bench! It is a little pricey but well worth it if you want to work out at home. I have a small apartment and can fit it in a little corner. I used it for three days and knew I had to return it for two main reasons; 1) the bench is extremely short on length AND height! Trying to attempt step ups on this thing is a waste of time. I’m 5’7” and when benching, I had to have my head unsupported in order to fit on the bench length-wise. That caused a ton of strain on my neck and upper back, as well as pulling my attention from my workout. 2) This is not made to sit or lay down on, plain and simple. Attempting to do shoulder presses with a fraction of weight I would normally use, my tailbone was on fire from the hard surface. The little dots all over the surface only make the pain worse! I had the worst back pain following my workouts these three days. I decided to return the deck and as soon as that thing was back in the box and in the mail my back pain is gone... If you’re shorter than maybe 5’5” and don’t plan on using this to lift weights over 20+lbs then maybe it will work for you. But the hard surface just kills everything about this bench and made me dread working out on it.;;Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2018;;2.0 out of 5 stars;;Way too short and hard!!;;Amazon Customer;;;This bench arrived quickly at my doorstep, and upon opening the giant box it came in, I was filled with excitement for my morning workout the next day. I have commandeered my husband's man-cave in our basement as my work-out space and this dual-purpose bench/step is exactly what I needed for my mini-home gym that I set up and take down each morning. The first thing I noticed about the bench is that it is sturdy. It came pre-assembled, no parts to tangle with, and though it did not have any instructions, the design was fairly intuitive. (Turn it upside down, pull the legs up until they nap into space, flip it around and you have a flat bench. Pull the lever to lift the bench up and use the obvious handle to put the bench into the position you want. To close the bench, just use the handle to slide the bench flat again). The bench is heavy that it won’t move around on you, but it’s light enough to pick up and move as needed without too much effort. I was hesitant to purchase this bench based on the reviews and the fairly large investment for a hunk of rubber and plastic, but after some debate, I figured I would use the bench as a stepper, if nothing else. Turns out, I can use this for so many different things, and I did not have to be scared by the negative reviews. One of the chief complaints about this bench is that it’s too small. For the average male, it will probably be too small, but it fits my 5’5 frame perfectly. I am currently doing the Beachbody program Body Beast which includes a lot of weight lifting with a bench. As someone who is a beginner, this bench has met my needs and will continue to do so for a long time. The bench is not as high as a standard bench but is sufficient for new to intermediate athletes. Another one of the complaints was the hard rubber surface. I haven’t had any issues. The rubber is hard but hasn’t caused me any pain and I like that I can step up on the bench without worrying about tearing the upholstery. Plus, the rubber surface makes the bench less slippery than a regular bench if you get sweat or water on it. I am more than content with sacrificing comfort for safety. I would recommend purchasing this bench if you are looking for something that doesn’t take up much space, and do beginner to intermediate training at home. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to using the bench for a long time to come.;;Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2018;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Easy to use, compact, and perfect for a portable home gym;;SarahLynn;;;This seems like a good idea but it's got some major flaws.
