Product shipped quickly. All parts were included and the assembly instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. It does take a while to assemble given the number of parts and fasteners but that’s to be expected. I did assemble this by myself – having a second person would be helpful but not strictly necessary in my opinion. The finished product is beautiful to look at and seems very sturdy. The included mattress is as stated but we’ll be adding a mattress topper to increase thickness and improve comfort level.

We thought we lost some parts but then we found them in another baggage seller was responsive quite promptly though the bad looks nice a bit heavy for me but it's a real good so it's better to be sturdy I really like the color the mattress is comfy I guess it's a good price for the item like this

We had searched for a flexible sleeping option to allow us to use a flex room as a guest room. This Murphy cabinet fit the bill. PROS - space saving - great look - straightforward assembly - well made and sturdy CONS - a 6 inch mattress isn’t quite the same as a full depth mattress (but it’s soooo much better than an air mattress) Very happy with this purchase!

Garbage packaging, item had damaged corners on many pieces due to shipping, but that's because they sent it in a low quality cardboard box. Not only did the item have damage, it was also missing several pieces of hardware. Assembly instructions are horrible. The mattress is VERY thin, I wouldn't even call it a mattress. It's literally 2.25" thick... They said it's "memory foam" which is not correct, it's just basic foam. It is far from comfortable. If it wasn't so difficult to package back up, I would have sent it back. For the money, it's a complete waste. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Did alot of research to find a murphy bed for our guest bedroom. Choose this cabinet as the price was less then other Companies mattress included, would support a good amount of weight and made of wood. There was a hiccup when order was first placed as style ordered was out of stock. Company contacted us immediately and made a good compromise with another style. Did receive boxes a couple of days apart but everything was received within a week of order. When contacted the Company responded within 24 hours. Took two people under 2 hours putting everything together. Only item missing was the separate piece of wood that the video showed placing in the pullout. Didn't effect functionality. Hubby will be adding cross supports just to stabilize sections when pulled out. Mattress was surprisingly comfy. Will be adding a topper though as there is plenty of room to store with the mattress

Arrived in 2 very heavy boxes and a couple of the pieces had some damage, but luckily nothing too vital (besides after opening everything, I had no interest in reboxing to return for two cosmetic issues). I built it alone, took around 4 hours, but def recommend it be a two person job. Everything went together fairly easily and instructions mostly clear and easy to follow. Once done, the piece looks very nice and saves a good deal of space. The mattress, while convenient, isn't super supportive and a little thin, so probably not suited for people over maybe 150lbs even though the bed is rated foruch heavier. For larger adult users, may need additional comfort available (roll up foam pad for example) but then you'd need to store it. Overall, only issues are minor and it gets a solid 4 stars. QC to prevent the damaged piece would have secured a 5th star!

This Murphy bed is great but not that easy to assemble. Some of the panels were warped, therefore very hard to line up with the screws. The screws that came with the hinges are short and as the panels were folded down some of the screws came out. The hinges on the side to close the front and lock are bent we had to reshape them. The tracks for the bottom to pull out the platform were also uneven and kept popping out so it kept closing uneven. Luckily we are able to adjust by using longer screws, reshaping the locks and adding some more hardware.

You need 2 people to put ittogether but it's very nice, sturdy and the mattress is firm but comfortable. We added this to our sports room, so when family visits they have a queen size bed. Just a note, if placing on carpet you will need like a board to stabilize the front and level it out. Overall, we are super happy with the purchase and can't beat the price we paid.
