    • Versatile and comfortable
My partner and I both have one, after I used his once and loooved it. One side is higher than the other, so he has his on the higher side I have mine flipped to the lower side. It might not fit as well for for some bigger people.

    • At the end of the day it's nothing more than a pricey pillow.
I ordered this item in hopes that it would ease some of my shoulder pain. So I have "frozen shoulder" and it had been difficult for me to fall asleep due to pain/discomfort. Item came.. Opened it up so the foam could relax and take on the intended shape. Though it looks odd once viewing it first hand, but had expected that from the pictures. So first few nights, it made things a little worse. The cavity in the middle of the pillow can be a bit bothersome. It holds heat. And the poorly photoshopped images of the lady resting at different angles with ease. Think of a frozen dinner. It doesn't looks nor feel like the intention that images were trying to portray. But I wasn't sold on the images... I just wanted a comfortable & restful night's sleep with less pain & stiffness upon waking up. But all I really ended up with a fairly expensive (would have not even been mentioned here if it could have came within half of the quality that was being advertised/projected), awkwardly shaped in ways that did not work. As mentioned before and guessing due to the density of the foam... It tends to hold in the heat. And due to the shape and overall design, you can't just flip it over or move comfortably towards the edges of the pillow. That cavity kind of forces your head to stay there and I do believe that is part of the reason it's there. I don't know if it was just this pillow type/make/brand (a LOT of foreign items are the same but branded as different. Often use the same pictures and or short advertisement videos). I've had pricier pillows that were OK. I have had extremely cheap pillows that were great. This item sadly falls in its own class. I will continue to use it because I bought into it. Never really helped with my shoulder or general comfort. I never expect things like this to really come close to advertised keypoints but it completely failed to be anything more than a strange pillow. Perhaps some of other designs are better. But this is like snake-oil now. Hyped by generic 5 star rating and reviews that are actually meant to be for something else but directed there often by seller (not Amazon) reaching out to you asking for a review so it would appear to be a highly talked about item and effect the algorithm. Or BEST SELLER in GAMES/CONSOLE/SEGA GENESIS. Never had a desire to return the item. I purchased it knowing that it was a risk... But, I was hurting! ... show more

I do have less neck pain when I wake up, however I wish the part in the middle that my head goes into was a little deeper, I feel like my head is up too high. Still better than my other pillow

    • Not good for hot sleepers
I got it , because i been having neck pain that gave me headaches due to sleeping wrong, and thought this would help, it did feel good and confortable, but I'm a hot sleeper, and this product is missing cooling affects, becasue it made me sweat, especially the place where the little hole in the middle is , I'm a side sleeper, and I was confortable , and I did feel relief in my neck, but needs imrpovement, this product would be good if they made it to be cooling, especally where the hole in the middle is, and if your husband is a cuddler in his sleep, not a good pillow to have as well,especially if you don't mind cuddling and sleep better, I know I do and the pillow is not a good addition in my experience , and the search continues. I gave it three star because Amazon of amazon , and the other star for the fact that it does do the job, but I feel like it gave me a fever sleeping on it. And I'm 31, I'm not going through menopause, and I don't get hot flashes. And the third star because it's not made with cheap materials. If you live in a hot climate like I do, I live in Florida, do not get the pillow. I am build for heat, been in florida my whole life, i know how to deal with heat. And I put the Ac on 65, and this pillow still made me sweat by the way and it kept me up all night couldn't sleep of how hot my head felt, so I gave it this product a chance and not for me , But if your in a cold place , by all means help yourself, it is a good quality pillow for you . ... show more

Before the pillow I was going to the chiropractor twice a week, as of now it's been 10 weeks since I was to the chiropractor. It does take a bit to get used to, but I'm loving it.
