I like this posture corrector and back support, it has some built-in boning in the back that provides stability and help keeps your posture corrected, it feels like it’s really good quality and sturdy, but it’s also comfortable to wear. I would suggest wearing it over a tank top and then you can put a shirt over it if you don’t want to have it on the outside of your clothing. That’s just my preference. Also, I like how easy it was to adjust each side for how much your posture you want corrected as well as you can tighten the waist specifically to get more back support if you need to. It’s very easy to adjust and very easy to put on.
