  • Love this for an office
Color: Chrome
I have a small closet office and this made it look adorable. There were definitely a lot of pieces and I found it helpful to hang it first, then put the crystals on it. It only took about 15 minutes, so effort was well worth the final result! Crystals are very clear and reflect light beautifully. Recommend! ... show more

  • Great for price and quite beautiful 😍
Color: Clear-L
My own fault I didn't realize it was a diy one. But even with my advanced arthritis and such this wasn't overly difficult. Just took a while with hands that don't work too good, lol. Love the way it looks and glad I didn't catch that detail because I probably wouldn't have gotten it and I am glad I did 😁 Also when the wind blows it becomes a cat toy so be careful, lol. ... show more

  • Love it! First time…kinda of difficult but do-able
Color: Bronze
Opinion: I love this product! It’s a decent price for a very well sized and beautiful chandelier. The middle set of beads is somewhat crooked though….or the frame is. I am not entirely sure, but if you’re not picky about perfection then it’s okay. I might get up there and dabble with it in the future to try and straighten is back out some. Assembly: soooo simple. The screws are already in the round portions, I was looking for them for some time before I realized that. After that there are just a bunch of steps, but they’re simple and easy to follow. Installation: I pretty much followed Gary Armstrong’s review. It was very helpful. I got a medallion and and extra wide crossbar very similar to his. Once it came to the actual installation though I got a bit confused. I would suggest watching a chandelier installing “how-to” video on Utube. Once I did that, it was very easy and I realized that the cords need to go through the metal bar in the middle of the crossbar. May be a no brainer to some, but for us it took a night, and a morning, and about 6 tries, and a utube video to finally figure that out. Light bulb: It doesn’t come with one, I would personally suggest going for a softer light. We had a very bright LED in there at first and it was too much. Swapped it down for a soft white led light and I haven’t decided if I want to lower it down more of if it works. Overall I think it looks great and matches well :) ... show more

  • Gorgeous fixture that makes a dramatic statement
Color: Chrome
I had been searching for lights to replace my builder grade island pendant lights for about six months. I probably looked at over 200 lights and couldn't find the right ones until I happened onto these. Not only were they sparkly and fun but the fit right in my budget (I had three to buy so I was trying to keep it reasonable). I knew up-front from other reviews that I needed patience...and more importantly I needed to impart that need for patience to my husband (who is the master of all things home improvement but with the mouth of a sailor and the patience of...well, whatever has zero patience). Here's the break down- 1. Packaging- Here's the dealio- these things come in about seventy five pieces...you put the WHOLE thing together. It's not awful. Grab a glass of wine...or whiskey...and a screwdriver and get to town. Everything came very well packaged- not a single thing in any of my three boxes was damaged and the packaging was consistent throughout all three packages. 2. Like I said...LOTS OF PIECES...I laid out the foam wrapping, wrote the part letters in Sharpie and then sorted all the pieces into labeled sections but part letter (yes, I have OCD and yes, I'm fine with that). I worked on one fixture at a time and by the time I got to the third one I was a professional. Put the chandelier together and then you can pretty much do 3/4 of the crystals before hanging the fixture. I suggest NOT doing the 20 parts that go around the light bulb, the big crystal on the bottom and the bottom five "swags" of crystals if you're hanging it over a countertop (just in case it drops...you don't want to crack any of the crystals...don't ask how I know they'll crack, just know that I know and you should learn from me). 3. Wiring/installation...there was swearing but not as much as I've heard with other projects so on the installation I'd give it a 4 (based on the amount of foul language my husband used- again, it was a learning curve). 4. Overall look...they are so beautiful and put out a TON of light...like, a ton. For the price these are substantial and gorgeous fixtures. I can definitely see them in a master closet, over a tub, in a laundry room...very versatile. I cannot say enough about these. I am fairly practical, as such, all of our bedrooms have ceiling fans (LAME) so I was DYING for girlie-girl fixtures somewhere in our house and these fit the bill. They are dramatic and absolutely perfect to make a bold and chic statement. ... show more

  • You can do this. Very worthwhile.
Color: Chrome
Absolutely stunning! However, it could have used some instructions and tips along with it. What you should know - 1. The one in the video on YouTube that they insist you watch, is more assembled in the beginning than the one you probably received. You’re on your own until you get to that stage. 2. The wires in the one on YouTube are enclosed in a main cable. The one we got had no such main cable. It was a ground wire running outside the casing for the live and neutral wires. Also, the live and neutral wires are the same colors. They do have little paper stickers on them telling which is which. I’m sure those won’t degrade over time... we had an issue where the original wiring was all done with black wires, so if we need to replace this, I seriously hope those little stickers are still readable! 3. Crystals are by far, the easiest part of this assembly, once you find someone else to hang them. ;) Seriously, though, they are actually pretty easy. They will try your patience when it comes to sliding the rings through the holes. They can be as irritating as a new key ring. We put a white/color changing, remote controlled LED bulb in it and hooked it into the place the builder should have put a light fixture. If you are patient, you can do this. Just don’t expect to finish in ten minutes unless you have been installing chandeliers for a living. It’s intimidating, but so pretty when it’s finished. ... show more
