Direct bolt on with a slight modification needed on the fan shroud in order for it to sit flush, other than that install took about 1 hour total and I’m no mechanic.

Im beyond satisfied with the radiator. The price being so low made me a little nervous, but I bought it anyway because of the shipping speed. The lower hose has about a 22.5 degree angle the positions the hose better that the factory one did. The petcock is the nicest little valve I've ever seen, and it came with a billet cap.     • Truck ran at 185 before with a stock radiator. Now runs 230 and climbing. 8 inchs shorter

Liked the custom look but does not perform like the stock one. I thought it would not only look great but it would also be an upgrade. Truck overheats and fans run all the time after it gets to 180 it never stops climbing.
