I received this quickly and no dings on the shipping box. After reading the reviewer comments, I made sure to read the instructions prior to assembling. It helps to lay out the pieces in the order of assembly (and don't mix up the screws!). I'm not sure if they have changed the product connection points, but I didn't have any issues with the screws coming through the boards like some reviews stated. Just be careful that you are not over-tightening the screws when assembling. Product looks beautiful, has a fairly small footprint but with lots of surface space. It's very solid, not wobbly at all. I LOVE the second level for the monitor! It allows for extra surface storage under the monitor. So far I think it's a great deal and money well spent! ... show more

I bought this desk for my 10 year old after we had finished building his gaming computer. It was fairly easy to assemble as far as furniture instructions go and took about an hour to build. It fit easily into a kids room, with open space to be able to see all the lights of the tower. Our only issue with the desk was that the keyboard drawer only lasted about a month before the ball bearing area broke and had to be replaced with a little heavier hardware. ... show more

As with all flatpack furniture, this desk is a bit of a hassle to put together. Once it's done though it looks great and has a nice amount of surface area for computing/gaming. I especially appreciate the raised shelf that is perfect for holding a display and speakers (my pc is small enough to fit there as well). The dark wood looks especially nice, but I think the bamboo would also be a good choice. It feels sturdy and is not wobbly. It would be nice if it had drawers (but I'd just complain about having to put those together). The shelves are a nice compromise. ... show more

Arrived a day early and in good condition. All the parts and hardware were there, and the desk assembled with no problems. Everything fit and worked as I'd hoped. It was a great improvement over using a folding table and good value for the price. I may have to add something extra to support my 32-inch monitor that is a little too heavy for the shelf, but I'm sure I can work that out. As expected, my keyboard takes up most of the keyboard tray and I will have to use my cordless mouse on the desktop. ... show more

I work remote so I am at this desk often. It is great to have the monitors raised (I've had my neck hurt from low monitors). My only issue is the 90 degree angle edges hurt your arms so you need to cover the edge

This is a good desk. The crossmembers on the back are great, and provide good stability. I like the corners are covered to help them last long. It’s relatively lightweight for easy moving. The keyboard table is nice and smooth, and installed with ease. My only complaint were the instructions, they may need updating. But the drilling on the table was well done ... show more

I saw that other reviews stated that the keyboard tray was tiny and its true. Luckily I prefer to use a trackball mouse so I can have a full size keyboard. There is no way that a normal mouse would be usable with a standard sized keyboard. Still its way better than the computer cart that it replaced. Very sturdy construction though I did have some problems getting it assembled. Did find that the monitor shelf was pretty much useless for me. Since the stand for my monitor was to large for it. Desk arrived in perfect condition, no scrapes, scratches or dents. Easy to assemble, took myself and husband about an hour with the use of a drill. Very sturdy, fits both my monitors one being 24 inches and the other being 27 inches. Also fits my full-size keyboard and mouse. The top of the desk fits my laptop perfectly.
