The D3500 and this bundle is awesome! FYI: bundle does not include a macro lens.
I was extremely pleased with the Nikon D3500 camera. It is very easy to take excellent pictures with this camera even as a new DSLR user just as many of the online reviews read. When in the automatic mode, all one has to do is point and shoot. Both the focus and light settings are adjusted on the fly for the user.All the pictures I've taken have turned out to be high quality. One photo I took of a frog at a pond with the camera looks awesome - like something I would see in a wildlife magazine! Extremely satisfied with the camera! The accessories included in the bundle package I ordered covers a wide range of applications from fast-moving, low-light scenarios encountered at sporting events to distant scenic shots with the telephoto lens. Although I have not used these additional lenses yet, I am looking forward to experimenting with them. The 128GB memory card provides more than sufficient storage and the digital reader/writer allows me upload photos quickly to my computer. Despite the numerous accessories this package provide, I overlooked the fact that it did not macro lens for shooting closeups of small objects. I purchased that macro lens separately and have taken some really high resolutions shots now with this camera though I had to shell out even a little more dough to get this capability. I am certainly satisfied with the quality of the equipment included in the package and it was delivered to me a full week ahead of the original estimated date!

Use it and learn
I read a lot of reviews in all types of photography magazine's, personal usage in travels etc. It seemed to be the best deal for the money. I have used it numerous times since receiving it and I like it. Light weight, rather compact, takes great photos. I would like to say that the 420-800 mm lens is manual. You will need to set the camera to manual mode. Sometimes you get very unique shots with this setting. It's a good buy.

getting ready for a nice vacation so i bought this camera, it arrives , and doesn't work .. total bust ... yes i did get refunded but the inconvenience alone was the reason for the rating . Yes the owner did reach out , but i just never believed i was the only one this happened to with this bundle , the price alone should send red flags

Poor Service
Camera and equipment is good. But when i return the camera back the customer service is poor and they made me to call 5 times to get my money back which is not good and there is no free return service.
