After lots of searching, I finally decided to try this one. I can honestly say I am very satisfied with this massage chair. Mynta team was great to work with and answered all my questions, only wish I had purchased it sooner. PROS: Package: Well packaged. No assemblies needed. It was already assembled, I just needed to take it out of the box and then pushed it to the room of my choice. Functions: It works my neck and lower back better than I had even imagined. So comfortable, relaxing and pain relieving. There is nothing like getting home after a long day at work and hopping in the chair to unwind. Wife has a treatment every week or two and having this chair has made it a lot easier for the therapist working on her. Size: Size was the biggest concern before delivery, the size is totally acceptable and this is coming from a 6'3 200lbs male. Given how small the chair appears in the picture, I was a little concerned that I would be crowded, but it is clear that my concerns were unfounded. Airbags The airbag could be adjusted using the manual controls, but I prefer strong air massage. Bluetooth works well. 7 modes on demand, which is nice. CONS: Foot roller was painful as first. so I turn the feet roller off. I suggest you wear thick socks or turn it down to the lowest setting for the first time. Highly recommended! Climbing into this chair right after work is the best part of the day. I was really surprised at how strong the compressions and rollers are and the Bluetooth speakers work great. They really do a great job of getting into tight muscles and leave you feeling incredibly relaxed. Also it was shipped totally assembled so all I had to do was take it out of the box and wheel it into a spot to plug in. Absolutely worth every penny! ... show more

A good friend has a massage chair and I used it when I went to visit and I immediately knew I needed one in my life. Hers was over $3,000 which was more than I was willing to spend. I found this chair on Amazon and was excited to have it delivered the very next day!!! Set-up was pretty easy and I couldn't wait to use it since both my BF and I have back pain and more. If you like deep tissue massages this is the chair for you. It really gets in there but it was a little too intense for me so I have a small lightweight blanket that I put in the back area to lighten it up a bit until I get used to a deeper pressure (my BF and others love it though). It also gets into the lower neck area really good and I like that it add lower back heat (favorites for me) along with the calf compressions. The area where you put your arms in is too intense for me but once again my BF and others didn't think so and love it. The one thing we all agree on is that we wish the rollers covered more of the whole foot. Lastly, I think that the remote is a little confusing. I use the same few settings all the time. Soon I'll make time to learn what the other settings are for. Whenever I have friends come over the first thing they want to do is plop down in my chair. (I should start charging like in the malls) LOL!!! I am totally satisfied with the purchase of this chair. It gets used EVERY day... and the price was definitely affordable. ... show more

I purchased this chair in August. I wanted to wait to see if I regretted it before making a review. I love this chair!! It does not disappoint at all. After a long day I can spend 15-30 minutes in the chair and feel so much better. I appreciate how it fits in the corner of my bedroom. It doesn’t take a ton of space, but it also looks nice enough I could put it in the living room if I ever wanted to. The only thing I can think of that would make it even better is if the feet massager moved up and down also. It is stationary and doesn’t quite give the best foot massage. This is not enough of an issue to make me regret the purchase. ... show more

The chair is amazing when it works. After 6 months, the chair started making noises it took a few weeks to actually get a hold of the warm department. After another month of sending documentation of the problem, a part was order. Apparently shipping on the slow boat from China. Took over a month to receive. Now I've been waiting a month for the repair person. Honestly think they are delaying so the warranty period will expire and they don't have to fix. Don't buy this chair!!!!!!! ... show more

As described, comfortable and easy to assemble. Overall impressed. There are multiple massage options, and the ability to control the speed and pressure of the rollers. The rollers massage most of the body and where they don't hit the air bags and stretching options assist in the overall massage experience. Another great feature is the heat option. The chair looks nice and does not take up too much space in the room. The connected headrest pillow does tend to move and/or flip behind the chair when the shoulder/neck message is activated, and the chair is a little louder than expected. I personally think the message on the neck feels better without the pillow and the noise does not interfere with the relaxation. Would recommend to family and friends. ... show more
