Great for Simulation Gaming

I bought the 2080Ti version and have had it for about a month now. I mostly use it for simulation gaming with an Oculus Rift S for flight sims like Digital Combat Simulator and IL-2. I am able to max all settings and still get buttery smooth frames. Also, when I'm not using Rift S I play: Arma 3 and other FPS with max settings on an overclocked 165Hz monitor and consistently get max frames of 165 or more. For a pre-built PC this a great choice over many of the competing brands. The vendor who shipped was fairly quick and it arrived nicely packaged. The RGB lighting is meh to me and happy I can turn it off and have only turned it on when I'm showing someone the inside of this beast. Will update review if anything else changes. Would I buy it again? Yes.

Died < 60 days - Poor warranty terms

The product worked great for about a month and a half and then the graphics card failed. I just spent two hours with support and filling out RMA information. It will cost quite a bit of money to return at my expense. I find this unacceptable for the price and < 60 days use. The RMA paperwork indicates that I will be without the computer for up to 30 business days. I would never purchase this brand again.

Great for gaming but super annoying...

I got this as a gift for my family member whos computer broke recently and need a new one, they said they wanted this one for i saw it on sale during cyber monday so i had to get on the deal. They have been loving the new device and i can see why, it performs well and fast but sitting near them using this device has been annoying because the clicks from the keyboard and mouse has been so loud its like someone shooting bullet out of a gun.... I still prefer to stick to a laptop with better performance but then again i dont game anymore so what can i say. Not knowledgable. I havent experience most of the issue that other reviewers say about it broke down and such yet, knock on wood. Will keep yall updated maybe in half a year or a year?

Amazing gaming desktop.

I bought this for a few reasons. I’ve built desktops for a while now but didn’t really see a savings in building something this high end part by part. I’d save a little but then I’d be on the hook for troubleshooting issues and dealing with warranty stuff individually too. Shipping was safe and secure. Everything including the glass panel was packed well. The Keyboard and mouse it comes with are of solid quality too. MSI is also a great brand imo, and having the RTX 2080ti at the heart of this has meant great performance. It gets stable frame rates pushing out 4K from nearly all current game titles. Even on the most demanding of games the computer stays fairly silent and the liquid cooling does it’s job. The cable management and general appearance of the case is stellar as well. To sum it up, you get what you pay for. It’s a big price for a monster of a PC.

Can run all the games smoothly with 2k resolution, RGB and silent chassis. If you don’t know how to build your PC, it's a great choice. Drawback: Fans are too few, memory is only 2666. The interior design of the chassis is unreasonable, and the difficulty of upgrading becomes greater in the later stage.

A quality product you should be happy with for a long time.

I received the PC (MSI Infinite X Plus 9SF-270US) a couple weeks ago. It was packed well and I received it with no damage. All you have to do to start gaming/computing is plug in your monitor, keyboard, mouse, and power. Fired right up and went straight to Windows 10 setup. The system has the i9 9900K processor, 32 gigs of ram, RTX 2080 Ti MSI graphics card, a 500 meg M.2 system drive and 2 TB mechanical Harddrive. It comes with Windows 10 Pro, a mouse, and a keyboard; both MSI brand. The motherboard is the MSI MAG Z390M. I have been PC gaming since prior to the original IBM PC. I have an engineering degree in digital electronics and I have worked as a computer specialist. I have built many PC’s, but choose to get a completed system this time. I choose the MSI system over other builders mainly because I didn’t want inferior motherboards, generic cheep parts in the PC. Many reviews stated people received not upgradable components, different components in the same model number, I tried to avoid that. So far this system has been fantastic. The computer is well built with quality parts, has performed great, and has been good to use. I did purchase a different gaming mouse, the included is good quality but has no side switches to aid in gaming. I would consider it a good quality unit for general desktop use, not gaming. The case is well built, but the side cover screws are so small, they are a pain to remove/install. I have never encounter that on the scores of cases I have worked on in the past. The computer is quiet and runs cool. The MSI Dragon Center software was a welcome surprise. It works well in assisting of the administration of the PC. Playing COD Modern Warfare, on an 165 MHz Assus monitor, with extreme graphics including ray tracing, I get between 110-120 FPS in a live game online. Playing with more conservative graphic settings, I can average between 180-200 fps. I recently overclocked the cpu to 5.0 Ghz from the installed 4.7 Ghz, and it has been rock steady. MSI has a detailed presentation on their website of the over clocking process which made it very easy. The buils quality is excellent. The water cooling system is very quiet. It has been a pleasure gaming on the MSI Infinite X Plus.

Great brand and this isn't an exception

If you have any tech savvy and know how to update drivers you won't have troubles with this computer. It's also made to modify. I've already added new memory and an 8tb hard drive. I just had to clear that up from other reviews. Also I have a background in board repair and general tech repair so that helps with troubleshooting and generally knowing my way around a computer. With all that aside, this computer is a beast. There weren't really any corners cut. Originally I couldn't find any info on the power supply. Turns out it has a Delta 850w 80 plus platinum. So one of the best. The only thing I would have to say is a little disappointing, is the samsung generic memory. It only has 3200mhz speeds which is a little less than I want in a $3000 rig, but it isn't bad. But overall I have to say I love this brand and this computer. I will definitely be buying more MSI in the future!
