abunda_amazon_reviews EDIT: Ok, so this card died after 98 days. The warranty was 90 days. I was playing Two Point Hospital at the time, not exactly a super taxing game (I was still doing the tutorial, so there was VERY little happening when the card blew. It made a sound like a light bulb popping.) I'm very happy with the card. I don't think it was refurbished. It seems to be a new card that just lost its original packaging along the way. It shows no signs of wear and tear, or use, or ever having been slotted, or having cables plugged into it. It runs great. I will definitely be open to buying other "renewed" computer parts from Amazon in the future.;;Reviewed in the United States on July 6, 2019;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Nice card. EXCEPT...;;Thirdrail1;;;Good deal. Refurbished. Bought for my little bro’s first gaming PC build. There were some obvious scuffs on the card, and the bracket that attaches to the back of the pc case seemed slightly loose. But the GPU functions well in games so far, my bro’s been using it for about a week. There was a high-pitched whine that emitted whenever the PC was powered off. Not sure if it was the PSU or the GPU. Disconnected the GPU and the sound persisted, so I think it was the PSU. Will update if any issues arise.;;Reviewed in the United States on May 26, 2019;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;Good deal for budget PC build.;;Amazon Customer;;;If you are looking for a windows review/insight when it comes to this card? I have had the pleasure to test this card with current Debian/Ubuntu/Fedora/Arch distros. In all respects it is an amazing card. I do have to have to say that I am doing all of my testing w/ a set of dual screens; each @ 1920x1080, so your experience/mileage might and will vary. My primary OS is Peppermint linux, so if you are using Windows etc.. It’s small so it’ll fit in most cases and requires only a 6-pin power connector. It’s a very powerful budget card playing at 1080p/60fps at high-ultra settings depending on the game. The lack of vram is a negative but it just depends on the games you’re playing and settings. I did have a problem where the drivers wouldn’t install but eventually fixed it by just updating windows, and NVIDIA tech support told me they had no idea how to fix the problem, so pretty negative tech support experience for me. It was definitely not made for, or initially purchased for gaming. I upgraded from the stock NVidia GeForce GT720 to the MSI GTX1060 with little effort. The difference is amazing. Getting the picture on a dual screen was a bit weird. I had to use both HDMI and the DP outputs which only worked after some wiggling. (I only noticed that after the picture intermittently flickered on the DP connection). Still, a great purchase for under $150. Full transparency, I upgraded to a 600W PSU (required) and from 8G to16G memory. All in all, an additional $120. I have to use the VGA input for that. This is using the Display Port. The HDMI, I believe does work, but that is being used for something else.
