The two-pillow deal arrived in a very small but heavy box. Hard to believe it would contain two queen pillows but upon opening the box, two pillows fell out. Following the instructions I washed and air-dried the pillow cases while waiting the required 48 hours for the pillow material to fully recover its shape and size. These are huge and very firm pillows but they are adjustable meaning you can remove or add filler material to get the best loft for your head/neck. I removed enough fill to make another pillow! Love how you can adjust the firmness. Which I like my pillow extra firm and this one is the perfect firmness when adding the extra filling that comes with the pillow. I like how big the curve is and how comfortable it makes sleeping on my side. This pillow is also a great quality and made to last.

So, all in all they’re really good pillows. I got the king sized pack. I love the design and texture of the material. Only draw back is that the outer case is really sensitive and easily ripped. You may need to remove some of the filling because it comes really stuffed and may a bit uncomfortable having you’re neck raised that high. Good news, you came make another pillow out of the stuffing. * Warning * do not machine wash the outer case of the pillows, it’ll fall apart, very sensitive material. After reading some reviews, I was also able to make a 3rd pillow out of all the stuffing I removed from the first 2! They come super firm and packed with memory foam. I like my pillows medium soft, so I had to remove about 1/3 of the stuffing from both pillows to make them my ideal firmness. Love how you are able to remove the stuffing so you can customize it to your liking. ... show more

Best pillow I’ve ever bought. Very firm at first but after a few minutes my head sinks into the pillow. Very supportive for my neck and has reduced my pain. Doesn’t go flat at all. Love it.

    • This pillow is amazing!!
Warning the instructions can be confusing. You do not wash the memory foam core cover where the stuffing is. Its telling you to wash the outer cover Hands down the best sleep I have had in a very long time. A little inconvenience to fully expand it will be well worth it in the end. You may or may not have to do all these steps but from what I have read most memory foam pillows have stuck memory foam bonds and this process will loosen them up. The pillow comes with two covers on it. Remove the outer cover. Do not exposed memory foam core so leave the second cover on it. Let it sit a couple of hours to let it expand some. Then place the pillow in a clothes dryer. Tumble the pillow in medium heat for 20-30 minutes. While the pillow is still warm, compress and decompress any sections that have not fully expanded. Squeeze and let go. Squeeze and let go. This will help loosen stuck memory foam bonds. You can even take it a step farther and walk back and forth over the pillow (wear socks!). Repeat as above to loosened the bonds a bit more. Now give it a bit more heat and movement in the dryer. Take out of the dryer and wait 24 hours for it to fully expand. Put the first cover back on and enjoy the best night sleep. On another note I did end up taking some of foam out because it was too fluffy but other then that I will never go back with a regular pillow. ... show more
