These worked well in my mini glue gun; they fit perfectly and the melt time was consistent with other brands I've used. The disappointing part is that the cooled glue has a strong white cast. If you truly need clear glue, you should use somthing else.

The media could not be loaded. These glue sticks are fantastic - and I tested them to prove it. You can see the entire experiment in the 2 min video with this review. Here’s the gist: I used 1x2 scraps to make two simple butt joints using only hot glue; one with Gorilla Glue, and the other with this brand, Ezuvita, to create two “L” shaped pieces. The plan was to use these pieces to support one end of a platform, onto which successively heavier weight would be added. The winner would be the joint that held the most weight before collapse. It’s hardly a controlled experiment, and I really just did it for fun, but I still tried to keep the variables to a minimum as much as possible. Even though the particulars can be debated, the results speak for themselves. I began by letting the glue gun heat up for about five minutes. GG was already in my glue gun, so I used about a tablespoon worth to make the first joint, loaded the Ezuvita brand glue stick and cleared the gun until I was sure there was no GG left, and then used about a tablespoon of that to create the second joint. I tried to use the same amount of pressure to join the pieces, but I was really only going by feel, so it’s definitely not a perfect test. The platform was only supported on one side by the glued-up pieces (the other side resting on a stable surface), so the weight I used shouldn’t be interpreted as a definitive measurement of how strong the glue is, but rather as a relative measurement to tell us which joint was ultimately stronger. I didn’t really think much would come of this experiment, otherwise I would’ve been more precise, but even still, the results are VERY surprising, so I felt I had to include them, despite the numerous flaws in methodology. Here’s what I found, in case you don’t want to watch the video: Gorilla Glue - 60 lbs before collapsing Ezuvita - 110 lbs before collapsing Now, there could be a lot of reasons why the Ezuvita glue held up to heavier weight, but I think the fact that it held almost twice as much is telling; that they could support so much more weight should be viewed as a testament to the quality of the product, if nothing else. This wasn’t a perfect experiment by any means, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t hold value. Maybe someone can use this as a springboard to create their own experiment - one with a bit more precision - but until then, let this be evidence that this is, in fact, a good glue stick. In case anyone is wondering, these glue sticks are exactly the same diameter as the GG glue sticks, but significantly longer. As far as I could tell, there’s no difference between viscosity, melting point, or tack. The only difference I found was in their increased ability to withstand shearing forces. Overall, I highly recommend this product, and I hope the experiment proved useful to someone.

So many glue sticks! The Value is definitely there because glue sticks can be expensive. A pack of 50 can cost eight dollars at the store so I was thrilled to order this pack.. not to mention these are longer than regular mini glue sticks!! Glue sticks can go fast so these being a couple inches longer makes a big difference… plus you’re also getting more glue overall, since they are longer. I have used this in my gorilla mini glue gun. The glue comes out great and it works just as it should. No issues with it! This will be my go-to ‘purchase’ whenever I need more! Very happy with these!
