5.0 out of 5 stars | Perfect gaming/computer chair
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I spent weeks scouring Amazon looking at reviews and pricing to find the chair that I needed and this fit the task just fine. I’m a web developer and spending a lot of time sitting on my computer coding and deploying. So far most everything others talked about I found true, no surprises. Pros: - Comfortable Chair for long periods - Looks really nice - Sturdy build - Easy-PZ to set up - really just look at the image on the box. Cons: - Massager could be a lot stronger (well, this isn’t a massage chair really if you think about it) - The Head/Neck Pillow - Must be made for short folks as it hits me squarely behind the shoulders and so I can't use it and only about 5'9". (I took one picture with it installed so you see how nice it looks the other is how I use the chair w/o the headrest pillow) - The Lumbar support vibrator is hokey - tried it - it works well but is annoying after about 5 minutes so disconnected it. but I do like the Lumbar support. After using my chair for the last few weeks I feel the ROI - cost vs value is fair.

2.0 out of 5 stars | Flawed but Comfy
The chair itself is really comfortable. However the blinding flaw is in the footrest. It broke within 3 days of use. The entire casing for the rod that attaches it to the chair shattered (it was made of cheap plastic) and I would have written it up as just a defect of the particular chair I got but it also happened within 2 days after I finally got the replacement. If the only reason you would be getting this chair over another one is the footrest, look elsewhere. I managed to MacGyver my own replacement casing for myself, but if you're not up to the task, and you really want that footrest, this chair isn't for you. I will give it points for comfortability though. The rest of the chair, including the massager back rest, are well made and very easy to sink into after a long day.

4.0 out of 5 stars | Busted from the Start - Great Customer Service!
When I received the chair, immediately after assembly I noticed a wobble on the left side. I didn't think it was anything to worry about because the footstool deployed smoothly. After three days of use, the plastic casing for the left side of the footstool snapped? and the bar came out straight through while I was in the middle of class. I will update this if/when I hear from the seller. I received the part. The Chair still wobbles/makes noise when I shift in my seat.

5.0 out of 5 stars | good quality chair
only took a few days to ship and was easy to assemble in a matter of around twenty minutes. purchased this for my daughter who plays computer games and she loves the foot rest because she often plays with her legs on her chair and it allows for extra room. the arm rests and back massager are pleasant when she needs to take a break from doing homework too. the chair itself is made of comfortable material which was a step up from her old chair. overall, the chair is worth the price and i recommend purchasing it!

4.0 out of 5 stars | Accidentally snapped the footrest bracket, company replaced the part for free!
Chair was delivered within a few days and took about 30 minutes to assemble. It’s easy to follow along. However, once my boyfriend sat in it, he put a mild amount of pressure on the foot bar and it snapped. This sucks because you can’t remove the foot bar and it just hangs there from the broken piece of plastic. I wish the foot bar was more sturdy or that it was removable. Update: The company has reached out to me and is sending me a replacement piece for the broken footrest bracket. They were very accommodating. My boyfriend is excited because he really does like the chair for it’s comfortability. I’m glad I reviewed and didn’t return because now my problem has been solved.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Highly recommend!
The chair was a great purchase! It was very easy to assemble, it took perhaps 10-20 minutes for my son to put together. The chair itself is quite comfortable and has a detachable headrest along with support for your lower back which happens to double as a massager with a very long usb wire. The height is of course adjustable and so are the armrests. Not to mention the almost 180 degree reclining function. I'm mostly glad it came in a black/blue color scheme that my son liked very much.

2.0 out of 5 stars | Uncomfortable is an understatement.
It getsa bit creeky but it seems to handle larger people just fine and is very structurally sound. However it is like sitting on a concrete block and even with a cushion just isn't comfortable. And the adjustment lever for the back is too far back and underneath making it difficult to get to. The company has reached out to me about the chair and stated they are looking into it and offered to and did actually refund me part of the cost of the chair. They do seem to care about the satisfaction of their customers. While this is a purchase I would avoid for now, this could change based on when and how they redesign it.
