abunda_amazon_reviews With this suit, in addition to higher protein intake and consistent training, I have improved so much so fast! My speed had increased without a doubt. I box and this suit helps correct form better than anything I've tried so far. It forces you to use certain muscles which normally aren't being used but should be to perform tasks. Make sure to check out what's included because there are different versions which come with different parts and amounts of resistance. Worth the price to improve. I have still been using this item and love it the more I use it.
