This particular brand & model got rave reviews on many websites reviewing beach wagons. I highly recommend it also. I like how it is easy to pack/unpack and how it works on hard surfaces. It comes with a folding shelf with cup holders which I enjoyed having. It is large enough to carry all my gear up to 150 lbs. Having said all that, let me add something to consider. Children, some seniors and people with less than average strength may have difficulty lifting it in and out of a vehicle since it weighs 22 lbs empty. Also, pulling any all terrain wagon in SOFT sand while it's fully loaded requires more effort/strength. Children and some elderly people would have difficulty. Wagons with inflatable balloon wheels may be best for soft sand especially if you have to pull for a distance. I could be wrong, but that's my advice. Enjoy your trip to the beach! ... show more

Works great in sand. Unfortunaltely poor packaging. Box arrived crushed and wheel bent.

Second one purchased for second home. Easy to use. Real fat wheels that do work in the sand at the beach. Holds a lot. Even my kids borrow it!

    • Excellent except cannot be vertical when folded
This product works very well. The only downside is that once folded, the large wheels are all in a row, and the cart will tip over. I thought about deducting a star for that, but any mechanism to prop it up would add weight. The best thing is to tilt it over on its side (if you don't want to bend all the way over to pick it up), and it's fairly stable that way. I have not tried it in deep sand, but everywhere else I have taken it, it rolls well. ... show more
