  • Super common scrolling issues
Worked great for a day then the scroll wheel stopped working properly. It scrolls the opposite direction 1/3 the time randomly, making the scroll wheel useless. I downloaded updated firmware made specifically to fix "intermittent scrolling issues". Didn't help at all and I noticed that there were TONS of others with the same problem. Save yourself the trouble, buy something that works. ... show more

  • Poor quality, do not buy. Breaks quickly and has no warranty support.
I bought the G603 in April 2018. By mid June 2018 the center mouse wheel was no longer working correctly. Scrolling would make the cursor go a random direction. Searching the internet found this to be a common problem, with a firmware update recommended. I updated to the latest Logitech firmware but this did not solve the issue. I contacted Logitech and received a form email with cookie cutter solutions that didn't even match the problem. The email instructed me to reply if the suggestions didn't work. They didn't and I responded with more details on my mouse. I emailed a second time several weeks later. It is now August 4, 2018 and I have yet to hear from Logitech Customer Service. ... show more

  • I expected more from Logitech.
The scrolling is MESSED UP. The scrolling can stop, or reverse, halfway through scrolling. It is impossible to zoom in/out programs like unreal engine or games. This has been a problem for months now. I have kept up to date with the firmware updates released through LGS, and each update says "Fixed Scrolling Issues", but it is STILL PRESENT. Your firmware updates aren't fixing anything! I am on Windows 10 on a Razer Blade Stealth 2015, but this is not an issue unique to me. Searching for my issue I found that MANY other people have the exact same problem I do, on several other devices. This is a KNOWN issue. Support is BROKEN. My claim was closed WITHOUT A REPLY. Trying again, the claim process results in an "OOPS. Page not found", deleting everything you wrote, and not letting you file a claim. ... show more

  • Worst Logitech mouse I've ever owned, despite warranty replacement
I've had this for over nine months now and unfortunately, this is the worst Logitech mouse I've ever owned. It feels good in my hand and as far as movement/report rate go it is fine, but their are three things about it that make it broken: 1. The opening for the optics on the bottom of the mouse is a huge dust magnet. They tried to put a silicone pad around the hole, but the problem is that it creates enough of a ridge so that if you have even a moderate dust problem in your house you will constantly be flipping it over and wiping it away from this opening. 2. I had to email Logitech for a warranty replacement on the first mouse I received because the mouse wheel would constantly scroll in the opposite direction from which I was spinning it. This is something they tried to fix via a firmware update to the mouse, but that update did not fix MY mouse. Every time I would scrolling down, it would scroll UP a couple notches on the screen first before going down. SUPER annoying! Thankfully, Logitech replaced that mouse and the new one worked fine until lately when I've noticed that even this replacement has started doing it occasionally. I just reapplied that firmware that is supposed to fix the problem, I'm crossing my fingers that it works. 3. The Logitech Gaming Software is either buggy or my mouse has more issues than I thought. I simply cannot correctly assign functions to the forward thumb button (furthest from me). Regardless of what I tell it to do, it is stuck on "close tab" for some reason. I'm very dissapointed in this model - so much that I don't know that I'll order another Logitech mouse despite having used them exclusively at home and the office for well over a decade. ... show more

  • A cheaper, newer version of the G403, with longer battery life.
As the title says, if you ever got your hand on a G403, it's the same shape and layout. Differences are: - due to the AA batteries, the buttons are not separate from the shell - there is no weight compartment in the bottom, but you can play a little with the battery configuration as you can put 1 or 2. - lastly, and the more important for me: it feels soooo cheap in the hand compared to other Logitech mice. It's plastic all over, no grip texture anywhere whatsoever. Just slippery plastic. And because of that, it feels so different from the G403, even if it's the same shape. It's a great mouse otherwise (sensor, battery life, weight), but not comfortable. ... show more

  • Don't buy this mouse. It's not worth it.
I am extremely disappointed with this one. It feels more like a plastic not a quality product and it's horrendously bad when I try to play some games with it. I used it for 3 months and had to change it for something that actually positions my cursor where I want it to be. The sensor get dusty in just an hour and you have to constantly clean it. Predefined sensitivity levels have enormous gaps between them and the laggytrash software crashed my poor PC everytime I tried to change the settings (and when I actually managed to change it - it reset to defaults after a few days for no reason). I really enjoyed my M525 and wanted to replace it with this one. Absolutely did not expect such bad experience. ... show more
