1st one came completely shattered. The seller had already messaged me telling me that if anything was wrong to let them know immediately. My mirror was delivered 730 am and by 8am they had already responded. The glass was completely shattered and I did have to open the box which was kinda scary due to safety. However they processed the new mirror to be delivered and it got delivered in a timely matter! It looks beautiful! This mirror is a winner! It’s gorgeous and well lit. I like the dimmer feature. Doing my hair and makeup has never been more fun. I love how it lights up the stone surface of my vanity as well. The only negative so far is the buzzing sound and blue lights. When the mirror is off there is a buzzing sound and the blue buttons never turn off. It would nice if they went to sleep after a minute. I don’t like having a blue glow all day and night, I don’t like wasting the energy as well if it isn’t being used. This mirror is awesome and I highly recommend it. It looks amazing in my bathroom. My only suggestion would be to get a long Z bar / Cleat and not use the ones it comes with.
