Pros: - Gorgeous once it's put together! - Well-packaged Cons: - Comes with "instructions" but it's really just a picture of the item with tips like "cut off the power before installing". - You must be mechanically inclined to put this together. I have much experience with this type of project and it took me over 4 hours to figure out and complete. - The description online states that the material is "stainless steel." Nope, it's chrome - Most of the glass crystals had some kind of film covering them, even though they were wrapped well. Get ready to use glass cleaner on each dangling crystal during/after installation - One of the bulb sockets would not make contact with the bulb correctly. Had to take a needle-nosed pliars to the metal contact in the socket to get it to respond correctly, and now it will only illuminate that bulb if it's not screwed in all of the way. Overall, I would buy it again. It is definitely "made in China," but once it's installed it's really pretty to look at. Set aside some time if you purchase this and plan to hang it yourself. ... show more

This chandelier is stunning!!! That being said, unless you have significant electrical knowledge it will be nearly impossible to install. Like other reviews have mentioned, the directions are rudimentary at best. If not for our electrician I'm not sure we would have kept this light fixture, especially because we were installing it in a room which had no previous fixture. However the quality of the fixture is great, especially for the price. Extra crystals and wire fasteners were included just in case any were broken during transit, although our chandelier arrived in perfect condition. Honestly, this chandelier is gorgeous in person and gives off a good amount of light while creating a beautiful, elegant, and unique focal point for the room. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the complexity of the installation. I would highly recommend this fixture! ... show more

I bought his chandelier to go in my master bedroom walk in closet/vanity. It matches the pendant in the water closet and also the lights above the mirror in the bathroom. The instructions were very minimal but I had no trouble putting the light together using logo and common sense. The issue for me was trying to get the chandelier to sit straight. Since I was putting it in the closet vs over a table, the chain was too long and I had to cut most of it away. I had to finagle some stuff together so that it could attach to the ceiling box. The entire process was simple and painless...The shipment came on time with no issues. The product was as expected and once it was placed in my dining room it was even more beautiful than I could imagine....The light that filters through the crystals gives it such a radiant sparkle. The light has just the right style to make a space classy, but not too glitzy and over the top...its very versatile and can work with classy or laid back comfortable. In the evening this light can really set the mood for any dinner party because it puts a colorful silhouette on the wall. My wall on and off button has a light dimer which really works well with this light because you can use it when you need full lighting or dim it in the evening when you are have a nice romantic dinner. I would of love to give this chandelier 5 stars because it looks so beautiful. Firstly instructions is pretty non existent. The installing was going fine until I needed to hang the last piece the bar was to short. I litterly taught I did something wrong but I read other reviews with people and then same issue. The way i remedy this is with a hacksaw. I ended up cutting the outter bar that holds light in place to give me more thread to work with when screwing in the last piece if that makes any sense. I don"t feel this should of been this horrible to install but it was i hope that company fixes this issue for other buyers soon. Again though once you get it up it looks gorgeous. ... show more

This chandelier is GORGEOUS! I have a large mirror in the room so you can see in reflection from the living room. I gave 4 stars because the long cylinder that goes down the middle was too short and the wire covers were too small. A simple project turned into a much longer day hanging this, I didn't contact the company because everything was out and ready to go, I didn't want to have to send back and all that mess. Very nice fixture. It does take some installation but the glass pieces were easy to put together in about 5 mins. If you push the ring open by pressing along the diameter of the rings the free edge is easy to thread into the main suspension ring. I couldn't have installed the chandelier on the roof with out my husband's help but that doesn't mean much as my skills with tools are far from adequate. It did take him couple of hours to figure everything out since the instructions are about 5 sentences long. Once all done, it is breathtaking! Great piece for the price! ... show more

This is pretty once assembled and set up. It took 5 hours to put together. The instructions requires a magnifying glass to see all the parts and directions... or the lack of instructions made it a bit challenging for first lighting install. Key things I've learned, the legs (chandeliers) with wires do not stay connected with when you screw the middle piece on. This was 4 disassembles before we found that if you unscrew the bottom where the ball hangs, you can screw it on easier. Moral, every piece that is screwed on needs to be disassembled to reassemble. Did require a call for help to get the wires to stay. Good luck! ... show more
