UPDATE 2/16/2022 Bought a second bidet toilet seat attachment. My husband loves it. Very simple and easy to install. ********** I initially wrote a review that indicated my extreme displeasure at having a nonfunctional bidet months after receiving it. This was due to the fact that my husband said the connections wouldn’t fit. I took it to the highly recommended plumbing supply company down the road and some of the ‘good old boy’ plumbers sitting around indicated if they had been asked to install a foreign made bidet seat off Amazon, they wouldn’t do it. (Insert eye roll here) After ordering an attachment someone ELSE on this page indicated was necessary, I waited. It didn’t work. Frustrated as heck to know that I STILL didn’t have a working bidet seat and the company’s ONLY response was to follow the instructions, I did it. I followed the instructions. Guess what? You don’t need anything. Easy peasy to install. I asked my husband this morning to tighten one connection. He was shocked. ‘You got it to work?!’ Me, ‘Yes, I followed the instructions. The media could not be loaded. What an outstanding addition to the household. We are not the age of what you would typically think of when using one of these but we love it in our house and I use it all the time to make sure that I'm clean. Surprisingly having a warm seat is second to the cleaning factor. I didn't realize I would like it that much. I don't use the fan feature and usually use a fraction of the toilet paper to just make a clean up pass to dry off. Overall the amount of toilet paper usage is way down and we are cleaner and fresher down there ... show more

Took maybe 15min to install, could take more like 30 if you've never taken off your toilet seat or messed with the water line before. Follow the instructions closely if you're not familiar and you'll have no problems. Only issue I ran into is any toilet I've ever owned doesn't have an outlet directly nearby. Ran a heavy duty extension cord from an outlet at the light switch, hidden by a hand towel rod, and ran along the under side of the cabinet lip. Then concealed the coiled up excess with a little trash can and all looks great. I was originally concerned that the lower cost and stationary control buttons were indicators of inferior design but I can honestly say that those worries were unfounded. This seat works great and has all the functionality you want in a premium bidet replacement. I'm a big dude (6'3" and 330lbs) and have never had a worry that I would break or abuse any part of this product. I will mention, if you're particularly caked up, you might need to adjust for controller position but you gotta be like thiiiiiiiicc. Honestly though, if you're like I was trying to justify dropping $200+ on a toilet seat, let alone $300+ moderately on those crazy Omigo models, trust me when I say they are worth it. I use almost no toilet paper anymore (maybe 4 squares to dry up IF the drying fan didn't get the job done) and feel reliably clean after every visit to the bathroom. ... show more

I like using the bidet now that I finally got it installed. The instructions for installation and use of some of the functions is vague. One of the main reasons I chose this brand was the heated dry feature. What they don’t tell you is that you have to use something to wipe away the excess moisture before turning on the dryer. If you decide to use toilet paper, then this isn’t as helpful as you were led to believe. All in all, I’m glad I got it, but Trevi should modify and update the installation and function directions to be a lot more user friendly. ... show more

9 months of use. Keypad malfunction and it works weird. Not worthy for the money. —————————————————————- I contacted the customer service of manufacture, they were able to send me the part that I needed to replace. After that, it works just good as before.

I really wanted to like this item. I bought another type of bidet that just used the fresh water supply and pressure. It was a little chilly but worked fine and was very easy to install. I saw some that connected to hot water but by the time you get warm water you should be done washing so this electric option was, or should have been the trick. The water is warm and the install should have been easy. The T connection did not have the right size hose or the right type of rubber washer. Every toilet connection I have worked with uses a cone type compression fitting. This T connection had a flat washer and, Nope it did not stop any water from leaking. I went to the hardware store to buy a cone shape rubber gasket. Well it's still leaking on the floor. This is a deal breaker. I think I will just save my money and go back to the non-electric Bidet that I first installed. I liked it fine and did adjust to the cold water. It was moved to another bathroom now and will stay there. As for the warmed water and seat, well when the water leaks all over the place it's just not worth it. Plus this thing is huge. it's a bit unsightly. The lid sticks way over the tank and just not what I'm looking for in the bathroom. It seemed to function okay and all but for a whole lot less money the plain bidet that just uses the water pressure is fine. Much simpler and less chance for leaks. ... show more

This is great! At first I was hesitant because it wasn’t made in the USA and cost a lot less. It has not given us a minute of trouble, and has won over the skeptical, around here. I’m back to buy another for the other bathroom! I highly recommend!
