    • Well not worth the buy!
I really wanted to like this item. I bought another type of bidet that just used the fresh water supply and pressure. It was a little chilly but worked fine and was very easy to install. I saw some that connected to hot water but by the time you get warm water you should be done washing so this electric option was, or should have been the trick. The water is warm and the install should have been easy. The T connection did not have the right size hose or the right type of rubber washer. Every toilet connection I have worked with uses a cone type compression fitting. This T connection had a flat washer and, Nope it did not stop any water from leaking. I went to the hardware store to buy a cone shape rubber gasket. Well it's still leaking on the floor. This is a deal breaker. I think I will just save my money and go back to the non-electric Bidet that I first installed. I liked it fine and did adjust to the cold water. It was moved to another bathroom now and will stay there. As for the warmed water and seat, well when the water leaks all over the place it's just not worth it. Plus this thing is huge. it's a bit unsightly. The lid sticks way over the tank and just not what I'm looking for in the bathroom. It seemed to function okay and all but for a whole lot less money the plain bidet that just uses the water pressure is fine. Much simpler and less chance for leaks. ... show more

I purchased two of the Korea-Made Trevi Bidet Toilet Seat Elongated Seat. The installations were a breeze. I especially appreciate the design of the seat position adjustment mechanism. The seat has all the essential functions as in the big names, but at half the price. The quality and the aesthetics are good. Another feature I like very much, based on previous experience, is a little dam on the under side in the front that blocks any liquid squirting out between the seat and the toilet bowl. ... show more

The water pressure is very strong so start at the lowest pressure. Give it time to warm up on first use. The instruction is very vague about the child mode button. There is no drying function. It was easy to install and very addicting to use. The warming seat is very lovable in the morning. Solves constipation and definitely saved on some tenacious wiping. ... show more

After our trip to Japan, we decided having a bidet would be a nice addition. This one easy to install & the warm water definitely nice especially in the winter. 15-20 minutes to install--does not require serious mechanical skills. Has a real elongated seat (another I bought and returned had an elongated lid but a round seat!).     • Breaks after a few months. Beware.
It's pretty simple to install, and when it was working it was great. However, after only about 7 months the nozzle stopped working and was not spraying any water. At first resetting it helped, but it continued to get worse. Now another issue I've seen is that the temperature resets to the coldest settings by itself, even when I have it on the eco setting. I reached out to customer service, and they're not too helpful. All they've told me was to replace the nozzle and go to their website - which took me a while to navigate through and even find their warranty policy. When I found their warranty policy, it's still no help because it doesn't say who and how to process it. Overall, it's very disappointing and I've had better experience with a previous bidet I've owned which unfortunately isn't the correct size for the toilet. ... show more
