I really like this litter box! I have a grown cat that is like a dog. She goes to the door when she needs to go out to use the bathroom, BUT,we planned a vacation and didn't have anyone that could come stay at our house with her. So, I bought this litter box so I could know when she used it, and kind of make sure she was ok. Everything worked great! The app showed me when she went and weighed her. The only issue I have had is that my cat scratches a lot when she goes and she does sling the litter out of the box and sometimes it's ALOT OF LITTER!!! It would be better if it had a shield of some sort that helped with that!! But, overall the litter box works well. There is no set up involved either!! Just get it out of the box, plug it in, get the app on your phone and wha-la!! You are up and running....oh and don't forget to put litter in it!! One more thing!! The company is awesome BC...I had the box for about a month and I accidentally broke a piece that holds the bag in place. I reached out to them and they sent me the part I needed at no charge!! That was AWESOME!! I would highly recomended this box to anyone!! ... show more

I really really wanted to order a second box- I loved it that much! But this one tiny piece broke twice. The first time I assumed it was user error so I paid for a replacement. Second one snapped within weeks. This little piece keeps the waste bag from opening… the entire point is to dump the waste with ease… not having it roll all over the floor.     • Wifi Issues
The product functions well when connected to WiFi but after 2 weeks of use, it won’t stay connected to WiFi for more than 24 hours.

This is a great addition to our house. We have four cats and a busy puppy who was always trying to get into the litterboxes. All four cats, ranging in age from a kitten to a fifteen year old grand old lady, immediately took to this box. It is quiet, efficient and a real labor saver. It also tharwts the puppy's attempts to fish any interesting 'tidbits' out because how efficiently it filters out the waste. It is very easy to clean, and it communicates with your phone app to alert you to the level of litter, when it needs to be emptied, when it's being used, how much the cat weighs, how long it takes the cat to go, and it's cleaning status. So I had a different brand previously and deep cleaning it was a big hassle! This litter box is like an answered prayer for me! The whole drum is a smooth flat area no seems that get gunked up over time! And the whole drum cane be washed easily! It works so well too the functionality is amazing! I do wish it was slightly sturdier because my youngest cat of the two about 9 months old tries fighting it when it spins -_- However he has now gotten use to it and no longer does that… but in the beginning he just wanted to fight it! Pretty solid put together and extremely light weight! It was fully assembled and ready to go out of the box instructions were simple and easy to follow. It’s extremely quiet you only hear the litter shifting round when it spins around! I have 4 cats . One is absolutely terrified of the it. I bought this because of my busy life and thought this would ease the burden of having to clean litter boxes. However it scared one cat so bad that she wouldn’t go in the same room with it even though we fed them in the same room. Had to eventually take it out of that room so she wouldn’t go back to eating.
