Great tires, do not come pre-glued. Packaging leaves flat spots in tire foams, use STEAM to revitalize tire foam and make round again prior to gluing tires to rims.

The media could not be loaded. These fit pretty well and are the correct dimensions for my traxxas slash. I have an earlier 2wd model with a brushless 3s upgrade. They seem to fit in the body well and look great! Compound feels nice. As for appearances, they look good to me! I’m a big fan of “BF GOODRICHK” tires. Got ‘em on my full size pickup 🤣. These have a delightful scale appearance, aside from some mildly amusing copyright gymnastics. These tires come with wheel, foam insert, and tire preassembled but if you’re newer to the hobby beware! They do not come pre-glued to the rims and you will need to do that. I have an aftermarket f150 raptor Baja body and these tires are just right to clear the first fenders about as well as the stock ones. Unfortunately I did run into a slight fitment issue with my Slash. The plastic in the center of the hub where the shaft protrudes through the wheel is not thick enough, and as a result 3 out of 4 of the wheels did not tighten down properly. One did, not sure why. Closer inspection reveals the cause is that the center of the wheel is too thin. The threaded portion of the axle shaft ends before the wheel nut can clamp the wheel between the nut and the hub. Adding a washer or shim will fix this, but if you were to not notice it, it may cause damage when driven. See review video for video of issue. For 28 bucks I’m fairly pleased. They’re about what I expected. I glued the tires and got my washers situated and it was a perfectly functional set of kicks for my Slash. They were able to take the 3s power I have, and had good grip properties. Running the slash on these (once installed properly of course) was a delight. Good grip on coarse asphalt, great on grass, it’s better than I expect on loose fine gravel or sand. It’s still slippery on those, but that’s to be expected of a 2wd and throttle control is how you manage it. It’s controllable with a well setup car. All in all there’s room for Improvement due to fit issues but they perform as well as any others I’ve used. Good value. Don’t forget the thin CA and maybe some washers. ... show more

    • Glue the tires first
After gluing the tires on, they handle well, I've used 2s and 3s and they hold up well so far. Tires do have flat spots fro. Packaging. But other than the glue and breaking them in. I'd buy again.

The media could not be loaded. I don’t see how having a low profile inner rim and a taller profile outer rim is going to be a good idea, and the wheel seems really soft / flexible. I don’t see these lasting a long time if you abuse your truck, but for the price you can’t have it all.

Awesomely oversize on a mini summit/revo. Second pic for relative size next to mini-summit, mirv tires. Good soft rubber. Wheels seem a bit thin but soft plastic lets them flex well. Durability at moderate speeds seems very good. (Addition) They can take a pounding. Can withstand 50mph with great expansion, but no failures. Soft rubber does wear somewhat fast but good balance of wear/traction. Will definately buy again. ... show more

    • Do not recommend this item for Traxxas slash.
The price was really good for the what you get, but the wheel where the hub hexagon is doesn’t have a deep enough flange. That being said the contact between wheel and axle drive hub caused the hub flange area on the wheel to round out. I’m not here to bash the item, I’m sure it works well on other RC cars but I don’t think it is suitable for the traxxas slash as described, I bought different wheels and tires. ... show more

Really good tires with awesome traction then the stock ones when new with brushed power. Only complaint is the foam inside the tires get soft after getting wet so the tires are just really soft now. The tires can’t handle brushless and balloon like crazy and the tires ripped and the foam flew out.
