  • quality of product
Color: Dark Charcoal Grey
Received the lounger sofa very quickly. Each piece was wrapped tightly, but 3 pieces were scratched. This was not a problem because the pillows are large & will cover the scratches. The fabric is heavy material. The adjustable armrests needs improvement, they will not stay in place when adjusted up. But this was not a problem for me, I screwed the legs into the armrest from the back. I don't plan on letting the armrest down. I highly recommend reading the instructions and understanding how it is assembled. I gave an overall rating of five stars. It is a small sofa, very stylish, low priced and overall good quality. ... show more

  • Very good design, tolerably well manufactured.
Color: Light Silver Grey
Been looking for a small couch to fit under our window without blocking the view. This one ought to do the job. Fits the space, looks great, and very comfortable. The central part of the frame is very sturdy, and the arched slats and firm cushion promise (fingers crossed) durability. I didn't have the problems some have reported with missing parts or undrilled holes, but the QC and tolerances are kind of sloppy. A couple of One of the studs that fasten the lower leg braces is roughly enough threaded that it took dozens of tries before I could get the nut on there straight. The faces of the center frame which bolt to the front and back rails aren't quite square to the horizontal surface, which caused the rail ends to be just enough too far apart that one of the end frames kept falling off its pivot pins. I had to take the whole thing apart, and should have trued those up with a plane, but didn't want to risk chipping the paint off. I unscrewed the pins a couple of turns each for a bit more length and reassembled everything, and so far it's staying together. As others have said, the instructions are generally not as clear as they should be, and in a few details are just plain wrong. Once it's all put together, I'd say it's a real solid piece of furniture (with the possible exception of the pivots and stops on the ends, but only time will tell on those), but it is a little more of a DIY project than it ought to be. Check your parts inventory before you start, don't screw the pivot pins in all the way, put at least a couple of the big bolts in the front and back before the instructions say to, and have an extra pair of hands available if possible. ... show more

  • Decent product
Color: Dark Charcoal Grey
Was lacking written instructions on how to assemble (pictures only). Had to slightly modify wooden dowels that were used to connect the back to the base due to the holes not being the same distance from each other. Otherwise it went together ok.

  • Very comfortable but
Color: Dark Blue
Bought two of these one for me and one for my brother. They got got here quicker then we were told and they were easy to put together but they are definitely a two person job it could probably be put together by your self but it would be a task. The only bad part is one of them had warping in the wood so it was perfectly straight and after just four days of use the wood split and broke cause one of the positional arms to most brake off so buyer beware if yours is warped then be careful when using it ... show more

  • This couch ain't right
Color: Light Silver Grey
The removable cover is a lie. We have a lot of allergies, so being able to remove the cover to wash it was really important to me. But even though the cover has a zipper that you can open to get to the cushion, the cushion is tufted (meaning the fabric has those little indentations instead of being smooth and flat). So everywhere where there's an indentation/dip in the cushion, the cover is actually sewn onto the cushion all the way through to the bottom side. So no, it is not possible to remove the cover without doing a major sewing/crafting/upholstery project. (And that's exactly what I did in order to put allergy covers on the cushions. It was frustrating and time consuming.) The other major issue is that the pegs that hold the arms onto the couch (they swivel on these pegs in order to change positions) are too short, causing the arms to fall off the couch. (We fixed this by adding some 3d printed pieces onto the pegs to close up the gaps and hold the arms in where they should be.) I have to say, the couch does look cute and it's comfy for a small piece of furniture. I needed a SMALL couch, and I searched far and wide and this is by far the SMALLEST I could find. So if you need an extremely small couch and you're crafty and handy enough to deal with the above issues, go ahead and buy it and it'll work out in the end. Otherwise you should buy something else. ... show more

  • We used this on our porch and it’s fabulous
Color: Dark Charcoal Grey
Love this. I moved it away from the open rails and in front of the window on my porch to try to keep the elements from destroying it. We also have curtains on our porch to help with that. I wanted something I could lay on to Lounge around or sit up some to read or even take a nap on my porch and this serves the purpose. It’s functional and pretty. The cushion wasn’t tufted on both of ends so it doesn’t fold up on one side right but I love it so much I hated to return it over that and wasn’t really sure if it was just mine or meant to be that I as but I think it was as just missed when made. I could also see where the paint or wood could easily be damaged if used a lot but to the up down nature of the sides, they need some kind of plastic protector of some kind. But overall I love it!! ... show more

  • May have issues with your product
While putting together the wooden frame for this lounger, I realized I was missing a hole entirely on one side, and on the other side there was a hole missing the inner piece that would help screw in one of the screws. Due to this, the side pieces that either stand or lay out can be very flimsy when moved up or down! So be aware of manufacturing faults... It's still a wonderfully beautiful lounger nonetheless and I was able to put it together without too much issue. The cushion isn't very comfortable but it does look nice. For the time being I've put a softer blanket over it, making it a little more comfy to sit on during the day. ... show more
