abunda_amazon_reviews I’m pleased with the way these shoes fit and look, but when I took them out of the box it was clear from the soles that they had already been worn. I don’t believe I ordered pre-owned shoes and paid full freight for a new pair. I like the shows, I’m keeping them, but this is very annoying. Please don’t continue to sell pre-worn shows as new.;;Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2019;;2.0 out of 5 stars;;Pre-worn sold as new?;;MattRaggs;;;I’m a big guy...6’4” and 330 lbs. I bought these for supination support, which they are OK for. Several reviewers stated they were like walking on air. I must admit, they are cushioned great. Especially for an ex-military person who’s heal heavy when he walks! I’ve had these for about 2.5 months now and they still have quite a bit of cushioning left in them when I walk! Here’s hoping I can get at least a full year out of them before I blow out the cushioning!!;;Reviewed in the United States on January 26, 2020;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Like Walking on Air!!!;;T.J.;;;I purchased these sneakers for a 72 year old man. He could not afford sneakers like these but he loved looking at mine? I purchased them and here he was "going to save them for his for his "Sundays Best." He needed good shoes because he is on his feet all day every week.... hei is not only in love with these shoes but he wears them everyday!!! I know he feels like a "King." The model I got was FANTASTIC. I thought I would get a new model and try it out since mine would eventually wear out. I immediately started getting ankle pain. I kept trying them for a few weeks but it just progressed. I went back to my old model and the first time I used them I had zero pain. I wish I could buy more of the old model.;;Reviewed in the United States on March 3, 2020;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Caused ankle problems;;George B. Wissing;;;I have owned four pairs of Hoka's. I purchased this pair for $136.50 in January of this year. Finally got around to writing a review and shocked to see they're now listed at $179.95 plus tax. In my opinion based on the four pair of Hoka's that I have worn, this pair is average at best. Paying over $130 was a stretch, but over $180 now with tax? Uh, no. I'd rate this pair 6/10 at best for cushioning support comfort. 9/10 for looks. The best pair of Hoka's that I have ever owned was their Conquest model. Extremely comfortable, but unfortunately no longer available. I not only ran in them for a couple of years, but then used them as a very comfortable walking shoe on a couple of vacations. 10/10 in every category. They are still very comfortable although they show signs of extreme wear over the years, so just relegated them to wearing while mowing the lawn.;;Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2020;;3.0 out of 5 stars;;Paid $136.50 delivered in Jan 2020. 6/10 comfort. 10/10 looks. I wear my other athletic shoes for more stress inducing cardio activities such as heavy bag punching and kicking, leaping knee touches and cycling. Yes I know they won t last forever, but I'm trying to get as much as I can before spending that type of money again. Well worth the price. Fits snug.;;Reviewed in the United States on November 5, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great Shoe for Big and Tall Guys;;J. Harris;;;Best running shoes I have ever had.
