I bought this bike for my wife. So far, it's been a great bike. The bearings in the front wheel had a problem. The wheel was a bit sluggish. I contacted the company, who responded quickly with a replacement wheel. The bike rides nice and is easy to use. It's fairly quick, especially on pedal assist. I think it looks great, too. We've probably only put about 5 miles on it so far, but I'm very pleased so far. ... show more

I love my hey bike. I use it for cardio exercises during weekdays and weekends. The best investment I made in a while. I usually don't do reviews but had to on this product. It is well worth your money it you're trying to stay fit.

    • Horrible bike and horrible customer service!
I ordered this bike in December of 2022 as a Christmas gift for my husband. We live in a very snowy area so of course, he didn't get to ride it until spring. In June, after 2 uses, the motor on the bike stopped working. We called the company and after fighting like crazy to get them to send us the new part, which they charged us $50 to send, we received the new part only to find that it didn't work either! Now, here it is, almost a year later, $800 wasted and we can't get the company to do ANYTHING! It's been such a joke! I have never dealt with a company like this. They shouldn't even be allowed to make a bike, let alone to sell one! Look someplace else to buy an e-bike, HeyBike is DEFINITELY NOT the place to buy one! ... show more

    • Very happy with purchase
Ordered this bike for my wife with intent of getting one for me as well. The shipping was great. Assembly was not hard at all and took about 40 mins to complete. After putting the bike together, took it for a test run and the motor is strong. Only noticed a little slowdown when going up a hill. I did notice the front wheel was wobbling a lot. Contacted customer service and they asked for me send in a video of the front wheel wobble. They concluded that the front rim was bent from shipping and shipped me out a new complete front wheel! Changing the wheel solved the issue. GREAT customer service. We love the bike and cannot wait to get out and ride in the spring. ... show more

    • This is the bike I needed.
It's very sturdy. I hit 2 tall sidewalks head on. (shocks open)Twice in a row. I thought there would be a bike ramp and there wasn't any. I'm coming straight to cross the intersection and a car comes to turn right on me. My reaction is to step on it. In a normal bike, I would lift the front tire in the next sidewalk. I did so. Front tire worked well. Tried to lift the rear, and it was too heavy. So it took big hits. The battery rolled good 10 feet on the road. I thought it was done. Nevertheless, I installed it back in the bracket, and it was like nothing happened. A few small scratches on the side it rolled in the asphalt and that was it. The computer screen has a very small hairline crack. Only noticed in the sun. But works fine. In any of my other bikes, maybe I would have passed fine, or I would have a bent rim. I had to take the front wheel to the shop to true. Before the incident. After, I checked and it was like it came from the shop. Great!. So I'm totally confident it is very sturdy and very safe. Change the tires and the seat , and you're good to go. Cheers. ... show more

This is my first e-bike, and I am beyond happy and excited so far! Set up was a breeze, it was fun actually. I charged the battery and took it for a spin around my neighborhood and so far so good. It's a good bike just make sure to change the tubes before you ride mine went flat the first day other than that it's a pretty good bike
