  • Very sturdy ladder
I am 6’4” and weigh about 275. This is a very sturdy ladder. I have issues with heights but the stability helped.

  • Exactly what we were looking for.
I got the 22 foot version for my small business during prime day. This ladder is so easy to handle, I love it. It's a bit heavy for me (middle aged out of shape woman) to carry and move by myself, but the men on my crew handle it with ease, and with a second pair of hands it's easy for me too. We all love the way that the bolts lock into place when you adjust the height, it seems much safer than some of the ladders with a "click" mechanism. The bolts are easy to use and as long as you make sure that they are pushed in all the way (easy, just pay attention!), you KNOW this telescoping ladder will not collapse. I definitely recommend this ladder. ... show more

  • Very handy but flimsy extended
Very handy ladder with its multiple configurations, but when your up when it’s extended you’re sweating bullets. It feels like the joint is going to collapse in and even with the wide feet it’s pretty shaky up there

  • Bad delivery
I haven’t received it. They called me and asked me to pick up the ladder because of its large size.

  • HB Tower Ladder (22-ft, Multitasking, 300-lb Rated)
This HB Tower 22-ft Multitasking Ladder is a good product, especially when configured in the adjustable A-Frame style. Because of its length, it can cover plenty of height even when in the A-Frame configuration (approximately 10ft 9in central height at maximum A-Frame). The additional bottom (Ladder End) supports offer definite better stability. As an A-Frame Ladder, this product offers plenty of value for the price, including good quality. If I have a concern with this Ladder, it is that for heavier people...those well above 225-lbs...this Ladder does deflect noticeably when in the Full Extension Ladder (straight line, fully extended) configuration. While it is rated for 300-lbs, I would have concerns over several years that this Ladder would remain safe in the FULLY EXTENDED Extension Ladder configuration, again, for heavier people (and especially in below freezing temperatures). Even when properly positioned at an optimum 75-degree angle, this Ladder will begin to sag in the middle for those well over 225-lbs AND when fully extended to its 22-ft MAXIMUM length / height. Otherwise this Ladder will stiffen up when set to a lower (straight extension ladder) height. Another important couple of points are this Ladder is narrow when compared to other comparable Multitasking Ladders. To build upon that, this Ladder is actually relatively LIGHT weighing right at about 40-lbs. That is a good benefit, overall. For the price, it is a good value. As an A-Frame Ladder at ANY height, it is VERY GOOD. The paint tray feature is a NICE add-on, as well. Lastly, this is a "true-blue" 22-ft fully-extended Ladder. This product offers PLENTY of reach and capability for all users. ... show more

  • Extremely bouncy, terrifying to climb while extended
The ladder is too springy to test confidently at climbing height while straightened and extended. The ladder extends easily and is good as an A configuration as i used it to pressure wash the lower sides of my house, but I(290lb) and a neighbor(~200lb) were way too nervous to try and use it to install 2nd floor hurricane shutters which was my main purpose for buying. Wound up buying a Werner for greater stability after hurricane Milton. ... show more
